I been here 3 times with Hank, he's a really good massage therapist, he's certified. How I know this ? He used to work for Ocean Beauty and L H massage back in the early 2020 ? Back then, I always see Hank too and I got to know him, when he was working as a massage therapist, he went to school to learn English and studied massage therapy. Then one day, he just stopped coming to work and the boss lady said he quit, I was bummed. Then I started my massage journey, looking for MT like Hank and I found a couple of good ones, but I'll keep them for myself. Sorry guys and ladies. So after 5 years, I ran into Hank one day when I recommended a friend to this place and he got Hank as a massage therapist, my friend told me about Hank and I was like, " can this be the same guy that I'm looking for ? " he is and on the same day as I was getting a massage there, my friend was there too at the same time but I had someone else, his name was Kevin, a temporary therapist. What a coincidence!!! lol my friend left before I came out and saw Hank. Then he told me that he and his sister opened up this store after becoming a massage therapist at a hospital and he didn't like that. His sister is a facial technician there and I heard she is really good. But I'm glad I found Hank again and he's very good. The only thing about the store is, is too noisy from the ladies customers and employees and the private rooms has see through slots like a window. Anyone walking by can see you, if you're butt naked lol they're professional, they have nice sheets to cover you. But still... I'm a man and I still get weirded out about people looking at me naked lol they have a parking lot in the back and a nice Hotel across the street or go to Hawaii....supermarket across the street. Their basic facial was an hour long and offered cleaning, extractions, and a mask. My usual facials are 75 minutes long and I usually fall asleep during the mask session but this one was not long enough for me take a nap. Took my best friend for her bday bc of the good reviews. They took us to a room with 2 beds as requested. We didn't know where to put our stuff/clothes so we had to put it on the floor which I thought was gross. So as we were taking our clothes off the lady would come in several times not even giving us a moment to settle in despite saying we weren't ready. Literally had to throw the blanket around me bc the door flung open and I was in just underwear. Not even a minute between checks. Rushing us to get down already. The linen had stains on it. They would leave the door open too open for our comfort despite us being undressed & other clients would walk by. I called in advance if they took card. They said they did. But their card reader "wasn't working". I offered to zelle, verified the number with the lady, and it said it went through (taken from my bank account). I showed her, but she wouldn't let me leave bc she didn't receive it even though we verified all the information. I told her just try my card again. All of a sudden the card worked.?!?! The cost of a 1 hour basic massage is $40 and the quality of the massage is excellent. My favorite therapist at Lucky is Fiona because of her great attitude and terrific massage skills. I show up tired from a stressful day of work and I leave relaxed and rejuvenated after my session with Fiona. She really is skilled in what she does and always hits the right spots in alleviating the pain from my back and shoulders. I highly recommend booking a session with Fiona. I usually tip at least $20 because the ladies work really hard and it is still an overall low price to pay for such a top notch massage. read more

I had the best massage of my life here. The shop is clean and I got one hour massage that helps with my swollen feet. Even thought I paid for one hour she work on me for 70 mins. My only regret is why didn't I do it longer. I work in healthcare and we have to walk and stand for hours on ends. The lady listen to my concern and focus on the spots that needs attention. I told her I was on my last trimester and if it's ok. Annie said that's ok. Will for sure come back. Prices are cheap and I tip 25% for her hard work. What I like about Annie is even though I told her I was pregnant she gave me the best deep tissue massage. Other places are scared to even do deep tissue on pregnant women. He's an expert masseuse: great at dialing up or down the pressure; no uncomfortable elbows or "bone massaging; and just a general positive aura about him, like he's really trying to help you! Now for the space: because this is theoretically also a skin care/facial store, the environment is clean, very white, and clinical - there is no attempt to create mood lighting, no Himalayan candles or bubbling water, no dolphin noises soundtrack! And note: while they have individual private rooms (with heated tables!), there are clear windows on the front of each room. This can be distracting (probably more so for women), because even if folks have no reason to look in, psychologically, you think they might. This is a simple fix by the owner (shades or curtains), but not a dealbreaker for me. All in all, this is a fantastic place for a true, therapeutic massage at incredible prices. read more
