The parking is not good at all, I parked a ways down from this place and walked over. I chose a one hour massage and was taken back to a room. The therapist asked the standard "soft, medium or hard?" I chose medium. The massage was good, I think I dozed off a couple of times. I paid $50 for the hour and tipped a standard (for me) $20 tip. The facility was clean, no time was shorted , got the full 60 minutes, parking not good. I would go back, it was a solid massage by a nice lady.

But didn't charge me she just walked me back into a room. I figured I would pay at the end. She stated again that it would be $50 and I confirmed and said okay. After a bit of standing there while I literally took off my shoes she then said $40 for 40 mins so then that's when I decided to leave. I didn't like the switch up in prices or the awkwardness of feeling like I was doing something wrong. I decided to put on my shoes again and she started yelling something. She called the other lady working and they both started saying stuff. It's could have been a whole confusion because of the language barrier but this is just my experience. If you go make sure you have the money ready to pay as soon as you walk in I guess...

We've never had an issue with the service, and we genuinely appreciate the effort they put into making their customers feel relaxed and cared for. After reading some of the negative reviews, I wanted to share a different perspective. I think it's important to remember that massage therapists spend their days using their hands, arms, and physical strength to help relieve the tension and discomfort we carry in our bodies. It's physically demanding work, and I believe that deserves recognition and appreciation. Regarding the pressure of the massages, communication is important! If something feels too rough or uncomfortable, there's absolutely nothing wrong with politely asking your massage therapist to use lighter pressure. They can't always know your personal comfort level unless you communicate it. Personally, I had quite a few knots and areas of muscle tension, so I understood that certain areas might feel more uncomfortable when being worked on. Everyone's body is different, and speaking up about what feels comfortable makes a difference. I also wanted to mention tipping. While tipping is ultimately a personal choice, I strongly believe in showing appreciation for people who perform physically demanding services. These employees work hard, and a thoughtful tip is a wonderful way to acknowledge that effort. For anyone wondering, you can tip with either cash or your card when paying your total, which makes it convenient! As adults, I think we should understand the importance of communicating our needs respectfully and recognizing the effort that goes into services we receive. Kindness and consideration should go both ways. Overall, we've had nothing but positive experiences here, and we absolutely plan on returning. Thank you to the hardworking staff for everything you do!

Most of the time was spent rubbing oil on our calves, and our actual feet were barely touched. The back and arm massage was also unnecessarily rough and uncomfortable. The worst part was what happened afterward. We tipped both men $5 each, and they actually had the nerve to tell us the tip wasn't enough and demand more money. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. A TIP IS OPTIONAL and should reflect the quality of service received. You do not get to provide mediocre service and then pressure customers into giving you more money. Had the massage and customer service been better, we would have happily tipped more. Instead, we left feeling uncomfortable and irritated after going there specifically to relax. Between the rough massage, barely getting the foot massage we paid for, and then being confronted over our tip, I absolutely would not recommend this place. If you expect customers to tip more, provide service worth tipping more for--and don't demand it.
