didn't enjoy my massage from here. started off fine but over the course of the hour, my masseuse got lazy, she wasn't going hard enough even though i told her to. couldn't feel much most of the massage. i did the combo massage and they soak your feet/wear gloves when touching feet??? i've never had that done before and hated it. technique seemed all over the place. rooms are just separated by curtains and i was hearing all types of weird grunts from the man and woman next to me. no thanks, WONT be back here and i wouldn't recommend! read more

Called and was able to get in right away. They have a small shared garage with covered parking so that's nice. As soon as I got there they asked for payment right away. When I just rounded up for tip like let's say the massage was $40 but with credit card it was $42 I think so I rounded to $50 and they made a comment about the tip and I had to say, can I get my massage first at least? Rude IMO but typical. Anyways rooms are private but no door and this thin curtain is basically your door when changing so I just stayed in the corner. Massage was nice, came with hot stones. I think the person who massaged me was Flora or something, couldn't understand her. Recommended by my brother, as they really put pressure into your massage. You kinda have to strip down for the massage and have a sheet covering you so be warned if you're shy. They start out asking if you need to focus on a certain part, I mentioned my shoulders and they really did their best to knead out the knots. $40 for an hour at a great price. At the very last minute, I decided to get a massage at 8:45pm. I called and asked if they can squeeze me in for a 9pm appt. They said yes. I was at the front and before any massage decided to use the restroom. It was a lot cleaner than most massage restrooms. I wanted a deep tissue massage. So my masseuse Cora did the deep tissue where she used her body weight and her feet were used to apply pressure. True confession, I didn't have much expectations, but to my surprise, a lot of the pressure were strong while many times the process put me to sleep. I had to fight hard not to snore and just outright REM my way through the massage. They finish the massage with using their hands. Overall, I did not feel ripped off and in fact a lot looser in my back and shoulder areas. I would go back because the whole experience was excellent, but the only complaint is there are no separation from the ceilings so you do hear every conversation. V Spa is such an amazing place for a massage. For starters, the price is quite affordable coming in at 60 dollars for 90min (hot stone included) full body massage. My Masseuse April does an amazing job massaging out the knots from my shoulders down to my lower back, she really got the kneading down to the T. Some things to points out are the wall are quite thin so it can be noisy for some, also the piano music is quite loud. If they can turn that down a tad bit, that would be great. I went here 2 days ago, spent $60 for a 90 mins massage, and being asked for $20 tips at the end. I originally tipped the lady "Ada" $15 then she said it is not enough, at least $20, I told her that the amount of the tip should not be mandatory and $15 is already 25%. She said to my face that they are not restaurant and also she has been doing so much and well during the massage, her response really shocked me, cuz I thought a good massage is what I paid for and what should be expected. I ended up giving her another $5 to make it to $20, but I still think asking for tips almost 33% is not proper, and it really disappointed me at that point. If you want to charge a customer 33% tip, why don't you just listed the massage price higher?? Any input will be appreciated if anyone wants to comment under this review and let me know I am wrong. Contrary to another reviewer, if you act like a teeth clenching paranoid when you walk in, it is you who is sending up the warning flags. All massage places require payment up front, unless they know you. They never require a tip, but the 90 minute massage is still $60, so, if you don't believe in tips, or you are a cheapskate, you should not be getting a massage in the first place. Yet another very disappointing massage experience. NOT RECOMMENDED! My masseuse was Yoyo and something like 10 minutes into the massage, she stopped putting any pressure on my back, and I felt that her elbow was just kind of resting there. I realized that she was TEXTING and every so often she would move her elbow a few inches down my back, rest it there with NO EFFORT and text and repeat. This went on for a while until I felt like she was just wasting my time and I called her out on it and asked to switch masseuses. I'm not sure what she thought would happen or if she thought I was asleep and wouldn't notice? This all felt very unprofessional. I'm not sure why she felt it was okay to check her phone in the middle of my massage in the first place, while I was paying her for her time, and to stop entirely and let her arm REST and SLIDE AROUND my back while she texted. With all the time she spent texting, and the time in between while I waited for a different masseuse, they didn't add a single minute to my massage time to make up for the lost time. In the end, this had to have been one of the worst massage experiences I've had. Further, when I walked out of my room, there was a woman speaking loudly to 3 other women about the situation I presume (not sure if it was her because she had a mask on originally), and as soon as I made eye contact with her, she stopped mid-conversation, turned, and ducked away into a room. I love to get massages and get them pretty frequently. This is a new place I decided to try which is newly renovated. There is a parking lot in the back or some street parking. The place is brand new and most important very clean. They provide a disposable cover over the bed sheet which does NOT look reused. They offer private and couples rooms plus a full shower room. They also have facial services. Prices are very reasonable...$40 for a 60 minute full body massage or $60 for a 90 minute full body table massage. They also throw in the hot stones for no extra charge. We tried out 4 of the female massages therapists and they were all great. Decent pressure, friendly, and accommodating. My lady (Kalley) asked me several times how everything was which I really appreciated. My friends tried Eva, Lisa Gow, and Anna.....all of us were happy with massages we received. The receptionist/owner Wendy is super sweet as well and speaks great English. They also offer better prices if you bring cash. I go to this massage place often for in the past before pandemic. I just had a massage at this place today. The business name changed and the hall is a bit brighter. When we walked in, one of the massage ladies was using the bed to sleep. The other lady had to wake her up and told here that we were there. The massage was still good. The lady speaks Mandarin. One of the ladies who was sleeping massaged my husband and used one hand to reply to texts while the other hand to massage my husband. They use the warm rocks which is nice. The massage is $40 per hour per person. I asked if ok to use credit card. One lady said yes but the other one who slept asked for cash. I gave $100 bill. She said tip in English. Then she said $20 per person tip which is 50% from $40 hourly rate per person. The ladies dictated the tip doesn't matter if the massage or service is good or not.
