Although, when I called the person who answered did not speak great English and even though I was trying to set up an appointment for a few days from now the lady on the phone would say in English " I'm busy today, 2 walk-in's, come tomorrow," they didn't understand me saying "I'd like to book for Thursday, the 16th." The person was speaking in Cantonese to another person in the background and kept informing me she was "busy today." Not a place that's capable of helping a customer who doesn't speak the same language nor anyone who wants to book in advance for their birthday. I'm sure you can walk in and get a massage at the rate they offer for that day but avoid this place if you're trying to celebrate your birthday or if you don't speak Cantonese. Vibes were off made me feel like if I was a male I wouldn't have had any problems.

The place is brand new and most important very clean. They provide a disposable cover over the bed sheet which does NOT look reused. They offer private and couples rooms plus a full shower room. They also have facial services. Prices are very reasonable...$40 for a 60 minute full body massage or $60 for a 90 minute full body table massage. They also throw in the hot stones for no extra charge. We tried out 4 of the female massages therapists and they were all great. Decent pressure, friendly, and accommodating. My lady (Kalley) asked me several times how everything was which I really appreciated. My friends tried Eva, Lisa Gow, and Anna.....all of us were happy with massages we received. The receptionist/owner Wendy is super sweet as well and speaks great English. They also offer better prices if you bring cash. Definitely try out this new Chinese massage place if you are looking for a good clean spot in the SGV area. I will be back weekly for sure! It's my new spot!

The receptionist confirmed that they had someone who had the strongest therapist booked for my mom and I had nothing to worry about. Which is fine, however, it seems that they just gave her light strokes throughout. She wanted to walk out mid-session but chose to stay to see if there would be any improvement but there was none. We would not recommend this place. Update: Dustin tried offering us 30% off for us to come back.. doesn't seem like a good/decent solution to anything. Most of the time was spent rubbing oil on our calves, and our actual feet were barely touched. The back and arm massage was also unnecessarily rough and uncomfortable. The worst part was what happened afterward. We tipped both men $5 each, and they actually had the nerve to tell us the tip wasn't enough and demand more money. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. A TIP IS OPTIONAL and should reflect the quality of service received. You do not get to provide mediocre service and then pressure customers into giving you more money. Had the massage and customer service been better, we would have happily tipped more. Instead, we left feeling uncomfortable and irritated after going there specifically to relax. Between the rough massage, barely getting the foot massage we paid for, and then being confronted over our tip, I absolutely would not recommend this place. If you expect customers to tip more, provide service worth tipping more for--and don't demand it.
