There are some places to park and will just need to walk over. I called and asked for 2 masseuse were available within 30 mins and they were able to accommodate. Upon arrival, everything was set up and we got to our rooms to settle in. The two masseuses were very skillful and the session was very relaxing. At first, we had booked an hour session and in the middle of the session, we decided to add an extra 30 minutes. The masseuses were able to extend it. The massages are solid. I've been three times and I've found the massage work to be well-done. The hot stones are by default but you can ask them not to include those. My main issue is that the last two times I've been there, either the front desk or massage therapist have tried to upsell me on adding time/services . I always book for 60 minute long sessions but the last two times I went, they'll say something to the effect of, "you wanted 90 minutes, right?" The second time I went, they asked if I wanted to add a second therapist for a "four hands" massage. At best, this means their scheduling system is poor because they're not recording what customers are asking for when they book. At worst, it feels like they're hoping I'm not paying attention and therefore, will agree to more expensive services that I didn't ask for. It happening once, I could overlook. But it just happened again this past week. I have little doubt that if I went back again, it would happen again. read more

My favorite massage place in the Pasadena area. I can always get an appointment in the same day and they're super accommodating with scheduling as well if we're running a little early or late. Me and my husband get the couples massage ($130 for 1 hour) every few months and the masseuses are kind, responsive to our needs and feedback, and have super strong hands that we're able to work through the knots in my back.
