When I checked out, I left a $10 tip, which I thought was perfectly reasonable considering my experience. She immediately told me the minimum tip should be $20. I've heard this line at too many massage places before, and it's always the same story--asking for more regardless of the quality of the service. I politely refused, paid my bill, and walked out. The real nightmare started the next morning. I woke up with excruciating pain at the base of my neck. It honestly felt like the bones were about to snap. She immediately responded, "No massage, sorry." I asked why, and she repeated the same thing. I then asked, "Is it because I'm in a wheelchair?" She did not answer. I have never experienced anything like this as a customer. Being treated differently or denied service because I use a wheelchair is completely unacceptable. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic dignity, respect, and courtesy. This was an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience. I would not recommend this business based on the way I was treated. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Simply terrible.
