At the very beginning it was ok, but when she starts oiling my back, she has no more strength? It literally feels like she was just oiling my back the whole time instead of massaging. Another thing is she would use pressure at the wrong spots and don't use pressure most of the time. This is literally a waste of money. I have been to another spot that is cheaper and they massage seriously and hot stone is included free. I don't understand what all the good reviews are for but I am super disappointed. When she was massaging my legs, she literally pulled my underwear so high where I feel like I'm having a wedge the whole time. I have been to other massage places that pulls your underwear a little higher but not as high as her! I feel hella uncomfortable and exposed at that time. Called ahead for a foot massage the other day and the receptionist that took my call took down my name and request. Parking is available both on the street and in the private lot. Upon arrival, informed the receptionist of my arrival and paid $35 for the one hour foot massage that was done in the lobby of the massage parlor. Turns out the massage parlor is gigantic with the vast majority of the rooms being used for private body massages. The foot massage section featured 3 chairs that could be turned into beds. Service started with the receptionist bringing out a warm foot bath along with a towel that was used for a blanket while my therapist arrived. The foot massage started off with a head, shoulder, and arm massage before moving to the foot massage where the therapist wore a new pair of disposable gloves. The foot massage part was ok. The head, shoulder, and arm portion was better. The remaining 15-20 minutes was a back, leg, and head massage fully clothed which was decent. Service ended with a bottle of water. Although the staff were chatty, they made an effort to keep their voices down which was well appreciated. read more

I went for a massage because of the reviews. I asked for a combo of body massage with scrub and hotstone. She did the massage very hard at first so I let her know I needed softer but she kept going and it hurt really bad, my body was guarding instead of relaxing. So I showed her how to massage me. She did pretty ok after that. Then she did the hotstone and it was nice and warm, my body finally relaxed but then she started the scrub and it was soo cold!! My body guarded and tensed and started to hurt even more than when we started. So i stopped the scrub and had a warm shower. She continued massage on my head but at that point I was only there to finish the time I've paid for. Also, my cookie was exposed when she was massaging my back! Super uncomfortable! They need to know how to drape better. Therapists should know how to listen to the body and the body's cues. My body still hurts and its been 2 days. Im never going back here for sure. I walked out feeling robbed, molested and my body ached 2x than it did but I also felt bad for the therapist because im an empath and I probably should never go to these places. read more

Came here with a couple girlfriends after work on a whim. We were able to call ahead and reserve 3 of the foot massage chairs with little notice. Lucky us because they only have 4 foot massage chairs up front. They were ready for us as soon as we arrived. We paid and they offered us drinks but we opted to pick out our cold drinks after or service. $35 for a one hour foot massage is such a great value. They put up screens behind the foot massage chairs to give us a little privacy which was nice. Since there was no one in the 4th chair we were able to chat away and watch TV. The 3 ladies (Emme, Luna, and Yula) that performed the foot massages were fabulous. Everyone was very pleased with their massages. If you happen to be wearing tapered pants, don't worry because they have shorts you can change into. Most of the massage is face up but they do include a scalp, little bit of face, shoulder, and back massage too. I don't normally leave 1 star reviews but I was severely disappointed by my experience. I walked in asking if they could do a 30 minute massage, because I had a dinner reservation in the same plaza in 45 minutes and couldn't do a full hour. They only seem to offer 1 hour and up, and a 1 hour foot massage is advertised at $35. They said they would do $30 for 30 minutes, which is only $5 less for an entire half hour less of a massage. I thanked them and turned to walk away, but the lady at the front said she would do $25 for 30 minutes. I accepted and came to the front to pay, when a lady came up to the register and started glaring at me and loudly arguing in front of my face with the lady I'd been speaking to. She was speaking Chinese so I don't know exactly what she was saying, but the lady then told me that I had to pay $30 instead. It's only a $5 difference, but at that point it became a matter of principle and I was very turned off so I just said thank you, but I'd be leaving. If she had an issue, she should have spoken to the lady out of earshot or something. It isn't my fault I was offered a certain price, and I already told them I understood if an hour was their minimum I would simply look elsewhere and it wasn't a problem. I didn't argue or push for anything. There are at least 2 other massage places in this plaza alone. Not a huge loss for me to leave. read more

I decided to give this place a try since my line of work requires me to be completely physical. I went in for the 1-HR foot massage because it was priced at a fair cost. I booked via an appointment via their website for convenience, and chose David to be my massage therapist. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the worker at the front desk. I paid and went to the foot massage area which is close to the front of the store. The massage itself was amazing as David used a lot of pressure on my legs, feet, and surprisingly also came with a short full body massage as well! It was like receiving a massage, chiropractic, and stretch session all in one. My entire body hurts so good because I didn't realize the amount of knots I have all over. I'm giving this place 5 stars because of the care and service that was provided. My only complaint really is that parking can be a challenge in this plaza, as it is really busy with all the food establishments nearby. Also, since the foot massage area is in the front, you do end up hearing some of the noise from outside, but it's not a deal breaker. I'll definitely be back to try out a full body massage.
