So whatever, l've tipped since because I always do anyways. Today, the staff kept talking to each other loudly throughout the entire session. I was gonna say something but then they'd stop and start up again. At the end of the session, I was like I'm only tipping 10 because they were talking loud, multiple times and the water they use was cold. So I wrote it down and she said $15 minimum for a 90 min massage. I said I don't have to tip. And she said but if I do tip it's $15 for 90. DONT TELL ME HOW MUCH TO TIP. I DONT HAVE TO TIP ANYTHING. IM TIPPING BECAUSE I WANT TO. she settled for the 10 and I said thank you as left and she was rude. looks like l'll be looking for a new place.

She immediately responded, "No massage, sorry." I asked why, and she repeated the same thing. I then asked, "Is it because I'm in a wheelchair?" She did not answer. I have never experienced anything like this as a customer. Being treated differently or denied service because I use a wheelchair is completely unacceptable. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic dignity, respect, and courtesy. This was an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience. I would not recommend this business based on the way I was treated. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Simply terrible.

Tina worked through all my tight knots like a true pro. When we got there, we saw that the combo massage, which is 30 minutes of body and 30 minutes of foot, was also $35, so we chose that instead. My massage wasn't the best I've had, but it was still good. My masseuse was a strong lady, which I liked. I also liked that they kept the talking to a minimum. I just wish they had private rooms and had us take off at least our tops. The massage is done with clothes on, which takes away from the relaxation. I would recommend this place if you need a massage but don't care too much about privacy or silence.

I've had massages in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Japan, so I know what a proper foot massage should feel like. The guy who worked on me did almost nothing except rub lotion on my feet. Even after I asked him in Chinese multiple times to apply more pressure, he would only do it for a minute or two before going right back to lightly rubbing my feet again. It felt was not a foot massage. After 60 minutes, I left with a $0 tip and I'm someone who normally tips. The owner even had the audacity to ask if I tipped him. No, I didn't. Tips are EARNED through good service. The owner then defended him by saying he was "new" and that I should have said something. But how was I supposed to know I needed to teach someone how to give a foot massage? It was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The biggest red flag should've been when he had me lie flat on my back for a foot massage, which already felt odd from the beginning. This man literally just rubbed my feet for an hour. That might be fine for FREE but definitely not for $40. The bathroom smells like pee as well. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE.

I tipped big because I'm little and flexible and it's really hard to crack my back or joints. I feel incredibly satisfied with the service and the price. I went to muscle lab in pasadena and paid like $500 for same thing without the cracking. Will take more than a few times to fix my carpal tunnel, but it's way more affordable than other services.
