I actually never received any calls, texts, or emails from them.The receptionist claimed they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I seriously doubt they ever tried to contact me to reschedule! There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time!
