Had service done by Daniela super sweet girl very welcoming great conversation place was easy to find . I had a full brown service lamination tint and eyebrow design or in other words they shape the brow 95$ and I tipped her 10$ a grand total of $ 105.00. Price seemed reasonable for what I was going to get, never ever was i shown a mirror through the process in her defense I never asked because prior to starting I told her I liked my thick eyebrows and how close they are in the middle with that understood in the very beginning I allowed her to continue with the service . Day one you leave with lamination and tint that look crazy but it's understood because tint needs to sit 24 to 48 hrs so it takes. 30 hrs in I was able to clean brows as instructed on care package henna had disappeared and no color was noted.UPON WASHING HAD A BIG CHUNK OF MISSING EYEBROW FROM THE MIDDLE MAKING IT HORRIBLY NOTICEABLE, SHE DIDNT TWEEZE OR WAX SHE SHAVED MY BROWS WITH A SLIM FACE RAZOR MADE MY RIGHT BROW SUPER THIN IN COMPARISON TO THE LEFT. Save you're money not worth it ,my gutt told me to not go and cancel even if it ment loosing 25$ security deposit but I went anyway .SO NOW I HAVE CRAZY LOOKING EYEBROWS. My Indian girly that threads my brows for 15$ would have done 110 percent better job . read more

I have been a loyal client of Luxury Spa for some time now and I can honestly say this is one of the most professional, relaxing, and trustworthy places I've ever visited. Laura, the owner, is extremely professional, caring, and attentive. The services here--from facials to massages--are always done with the highest level of quality and respect. Unfortunately, I recently saw a very negative review that does not reflect the truth about this spa. I personally witnessed the client who left that review harassing other workers during her visits. What I find confusing is why someone who claims to be so unhappy would continue coming back for 15 sessions. If the service was truly "unprofessional" or "unsafe," why return so many times? During my own visits, I've always felt safe, respected, and treated with care. At no time have I ever seen anything inappropriate or unsafe happen. The staff are welcoming, the environment is clean and relaxing, and Laura goes above and beyond to make sure clients leave happy. It's sad that someone would try to harm a business with false accusations, especially when so many of us have had only positive, professional experiences here. I'm sorry to tell you that that place has zero professionalism, in that place they inject medication without any authority from a certificate from a registered nurse, I don't know what type of medication they give, unfortunately I let myself be convinced to give me an injection that was supposedly going to make me lose weight, I felt horrible, I felt like I was going to die, I vomited and had diarrhea, another thing is that when they are giving you your massage, you are practically naked and anyone can see you, when they come in to talk to the person giving you the massage, whether it's the owner or any other employee there, the other thing I saw is that men come in for "special" massages in the back rooms. I spoke to the owner Laura Gomez and she pretended not to know anything and started blaming her employees according to her. Please take care of yourselves and be careful, that place is a scam, I asked them for my money and until now they have not wanted to refund me. read more

Coming to luxury spa for my post op massages was the best decision I made. I recently had a tummy tuck and lypo and if you don't know you have to get post op massages and ultrasound therapy to help drain the liquid out and help prevent fibrosis. I bought the 12 session package which included the massage and the ultrasound therapy Every day that I would go she would do something different with her machines to help reduce the swelling. Her spa is very nice as well You really feel like you are somewhere else. I can tell you that thanks to luxury spas treatments I don't have any fibrosis my skin is smooth and I cannot wait for summer! read more
