Until I found out when you use your Debit card or CC they keep the number without ur consent and use it upon themselves to charge you without your permission or consent any additional charges. I go now to get a Massage and all of a sudden I have an additional $150 charge on my card them stating that I owe them and I do not, without no phone call without no email when they have my information they took it upon themselves to just charge my card. During rescheduled session masseuse/co-owner initiated a conversation about politics which is extremely unprofessional. You can get the exact same service elsewhere for a fraction of the price. This is just hyped up on social media. Facial are not as relaxing as you would think. Found this place through social media and I had been wanting to go for so long so I did but NEVER AGAIN!!! They add on so many charges once you get there and they will reschedule you and start recurring payments without your consent. I got the signature facial so first my face was washed then I was examined and they proceeded to tell me what they were gonna do so I agreed bc I'm thinking that comes with the signature facial but when they ring up my husband at the front they told him I added 3 other things. (Which I didn't "add" I just agreed thinking it was included) Those were the only 3 things she did to me in there so what was the signature facial then if those were add ons??? They refused to show me the video where I supposedly agreed for the recurring payments which were a total of about $279. The rest of the reviews just showed me that they do this a lot. I get my services done with Miguel and he is amazing and very detail in explaining everything. If you're getting a massage, you can tell him your problem areas and he works out the issue and helps you get back to 100%. I've also got the lymphatic which is amazing to help relieve any bloating and helps your midsection. Cavitation is by far one of the best services I've gotten. The massage therapist was okay, but I agreed to another massage because I really wanted to give this place another shot. I agreed to the $50 deposit. I booked my second massage, however canceled my appointment the day of which was my fault. They didn't explain they would charge an additional $50 for same day cancellation. Today I looked at my bank account after my vacation and to my surprise $50 charge to my account. I called to clarify and they said they charged the difference of the missed appointment. I didn't mine losing my $50 deposit because it was my fault for not canceling within 24hrs but to charge an additional $50 is not cool. My prenatal massage this morning was exactly what I needed. This was the closest spa that had an opening the next day and a female masseuse. Making an appointment on the phone was so easy. They just needed the 50% deposit and any cancellation or rescheduling had to be done by 6pm the day prior. Marisol was my masseuse. She did a perfect job. She gave extra love to my sore/problem areas and could match the firmness I asked for immediately. She also was mindful and communicative where needed but for the most part I got to enjoy peace and quiet which is how I like my massages. I feel great! read more

My mother ended up in the hospital and i called to cancel my apt and due to their 24 hour cancellation policy, they charged me my deposit on top of the remaining balance of the service that was not even provided. On top of this when I called to ask why and explain my situation , their reasoning and lack of empathy was because it's posted there when you walk in however, this was never explained to me in person by an employee who actually works there. I visited Healing therapy spa yesterday and left thoroughly disappointed. I booked myself a massage/ facial combo for my birthday and was so excited! They had a first time deal,175$ for both hour long services which I thought was great. They started me off with the massage. It was a combo of deep tissue/Swedish. Brian was my masseuse and the massage itself was okay, I've had better. Massage started at about 12:15 and ended at 12:55....not a full hour. I was relaxed but was NOT satisfied. I'll be honest I've only been massaged by women and at some point I felt like he might've rubbed me in places a little too close for comfort. He stayed professional, but yeah it was weird. Now for the "facial". Over the phone I was told that the esthetician would recommend which type of facial I should get based off my skin. As DeAnna began the appointment, I told her my skin was very dry and had psoriasis other than that I have no issues. I explained to her that I would like to try the hydro facial and she literally did not even respond to that request!!! She completely ignored me and did whatever she wanted. If I'm being completely honest, I questioned her skills the whole time. She applied a few creams and masks, all of which I could've done myself! My eyes were burning so bad because every time she applied product to my face she smothered my eyes! This was honestly the worst facial experience I've ever had. I was cringing throughout the whole process and couldn't wait for it to be over. Yes, my face left hydrated but for what I paid and expected I was VERY pissed off. I follow the Instagram account and had a COMPLETELY different impression of this place. I should've spoke to the manager while I was there but I was so annoyed I didn't think it was a good idea. If I can tell anyone anything about this place is DO NOT GO TO DEANNA.
