I made an appointment for a lymphatic drainage massage for my boyfriend and I. It was his first time I've done it before somewhere else. But this was our first time trying this place out because it kept popping up on my ig page. We asked a lot of questions on the call with Kathy I believe her name is not sure anymore, tried to get as much info on the type of massage it was and what they provided. Long story short we get there and finish our massage and it was a very short basic and simple "Brazilian massage". Now the girl was explaining that we first had to do this one to do the wood therapy one which I was super confused about because I had specifically told the girl on the phone that's what I wanted, anyways point is my bf and I were so surprised and unhappy with the massage we got the girls were literally barely applying pressure it was something I could've done on myself but what made the experience worse was that I was under the impression we would get more for the price we paid. We ended up paying $340 /$170 each for that stupid massage that didn't do much. I tried calling and talking to the same girl who scheduled our appointment again to let her know we were very disappointed after we left and for the price it felt almost unjust. She didn't do much to help tried over explaining how we have to go back to get another massage for wood therapy. Point is I had very high expectations for this place and really wanted to comeback but I was very very dissatisfied with the service we received and felt bad for having my bf pay $300 dollar for something so stupid we had to go book another massage elsewhere that same day!! I was upset at the fact that the lady over the phone didn't explain to us well what it was we would get or what to expect for the price we were paying for. If I had known I would've never booked there. Another thing I noticed after we left was that on their ig page they had posted an ad pricing one session for $95 yet we paid $170ea so that was something I was confused about too. Karen G is the very best massage therapist that I've had. I have lipidemia and it causes my fat to be fibrotic and she has helped break up all of the fibrosis. I've lost 2 inches off of each of my arms and I've only been going to her for two weeks she is very patient strong knowledgeable kind and I just feel so comfortable in her presence and my body is feeling amazing. I have way less pain and I'm noticing my body shape change for an amazing result. They are affordable, but they do not skimp on care they are who you need. Although i didnt have an appt, they offered to squeeze my sister and i for their last appointment. I got the 1 hour lymphatic massage and although it was a bit painful, it was tolerable and worth it. I really loved the black ice on my back, it was really cold but i really enjoyed my experience. Overall I really felt like I lost inches. Karen was the technician that provided the service and was super nice and explained the process to me.
