The appointment lasted two hours, yet the service was still left incomplete. My eyebrows were never properly concealed, and the hybrid tint was not fully finished before I was told the appointment was over. More concerning, I left with what appears to be severe chemical or wax burns between my eyebrows and underneath both brows. I have been getting my eyebrows professionally waxed for many years and have never experienced anything remotely like this. The affected areas are raw, painful, and extremely sensitive. Even something as simple as washing my face causes significant burning and discomfort. I trusted this business to provide a professional and safe service, but instead I left with visible injuries, ongoing pain, and damage to my skin. This experience has been both physically painful and emotionally distressing, and it is completely unacceptable for a routine cosmetic appointment to end this way. And to make matters even worse, my eyebrows are uneven.

This was my first time ever getting my eyebrows done so I was really nervous but she did such amazing work. I literally am so used to just shaving them down for a thin look but wanted to stop shaving them and they look so much better now. First, there was a commotion about how I wanted to wait for Cita to do my brows despite already choosing her on the ipad upon signing in. I asked for a brow cleanup just on the top, but she convinced me to let her clean the bottom of my brows for better shape. Needless to say, the cleanup performed on my right lower brow was so bad. I had a perfect clean arch before Cita had touched it, but I left the salon with a jagged arch and the hairs refuse to grow back now. She was adamantly suggesting me to use caster oil to regrow hair (which is untrue btw - it's an old wives' tale) and was not listening to what I was saying. I was beyond speechless after that. Of course I left a tip but I will not be going back because that was the treatment I was given as a returning customer. Very disappointed. Was hoping for consistency in good work due to the 5-star review streak. Maybe other customers were purposefully being treated better than me. ‍
