The lady that did my eyebrows was very nice, however she left so much hair on my eyebrows i had to keep telling her she missed spots and left me patchy. But while i was holding the mirror on me to see id she did what i asked, i saw a baby cockroach on her hand crawling. How she didn't feel that... i dont know.. i told her it was a bug then she wiped her hand and shrugged it off and kept going. Their hands have been dirty while doing my eyebrows before. The bathroom is dirty. This place seems so dirty. This was the worst eyebrow job ive ever had but idk if its because i actually had a conversation with her. Maybe she got distracted idk. I highly do NOT recommend this threading parlor. In less than 5 visits within half a year, Moena has completely ruined my eyebrows' shapes. It has been over a year since her terrible service and my eyebrows have NOT recovered from being overthreaded! My brow shapes have not grown back the same way they used to! I asked for a more defined arch on my eyebrows (since I already had them and just needed an extra bit of threading) and she decided to shave off ALL of the lower brow hairs. My beautiful brows gave me a natural resting look and after her horrid service, I walked out looking shocked. My lower brow hairs have had trouble regrowing since. Additionally, she made one of the brows uneven when it wasn't before! I specifically told her NOT to thread the front of my brows and she did them anyways only to make them MORE uneven than they initially were. Moral of the story, don't go to any threading parlor with mixed reviews. There is a high probability that your service satisfaction and quality will also be mixed. Hair threading has become a staple in many people's beauty regimens. I'm a fan of this place for several reasons. This place is local, parking lot always has parking, and they charge a decent price. They're a no frills hair threading establishment. You enter, write your name down and what you would like threaded (upper lip? Eyebrows? Face?) and then either have a seat or sit in one of their chairs to be threaded. I am extremely sensitive to pain and getting my eyebrows threaded is never a walk in the park. It can be extremely painful for me. The owner now knows me and she is the one I trust to thread me. Because she knows about my low threshold for pain she makes the procedure as quick and pain free as possible. My eyebrows always look amazing when I leave! Such a nice treat for the mere price of $6. I can always count on this place when I need to get my eyebrows cleaned up. They're fast and efficient and I always leave satisfied. read more

Pleasantly stumbled upon this place after having breakfast next door at Pop's Cafe and haven't stopped coming back. Threading can be really uncomfortable but I've found that their technique has made it the most painless threading experience I've had, I even started getting my upper lip threaded (I was too scared to before). Really liked this place when it was the original owner Nilu - now I go here when I need my eyebrows done quickly but this is the last time. Bina chair #2 is very rude and rough. She literally slapped my hand away when I was holding my brow and pushed my head left and right repeatedly. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since the age of 12 so I know a very bad eyebrow experience when I experience one and this one of the worse ever. Let me start off by saying I have been getting threading done every other week for the past 4 years. I came here because Zibas had a 50 min wait. This place is cheap for a reason. I came to thread my eyebrows and sides. Whichever incompetent woman did my threading was horrible. Before she began, i explained how I was slightly sun burned and to be gentle. I literally felt like i was being slapped around by her hands and the thread. It actually felt insulting. She was being extremely sloppy and harsh on my face. Her fingers were literally hitting me everywhere and her little "sorries" weren't helping. When she finished, she told me to stop shaving my forehead and eyebrows. Wth???
