Also,you can often tell how your experience will be based on the communication. The owner Patty got back to me quickly, and worked on finding someone ASAP. She was nice and helped me out so much. Although it was last minute ‍, She hooked me up with Wendy. Wendy has a cute and clean place. She made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted. I got both my eyelashes and tan done by her. Both came out great! And I was so happy because I didn't have to go to different places. The tan looked really nice. I'm normally super light, this time I wasn't embarrassed to wear a bikini. My lashes looked so nice. And I didn't have to worry about the fake ones coming off in the water. Wendy and I talked so much it went by fast and I walked out a happy customer . Owner helped me out in a timely manner. She didn't quite know or have alot of experience in the field, However her prices were awesome. I was happy with my lashes , until they feel off quickly. I also got a very bad eye infection. I was very unhappy . Missed work for a week. Owner had a foul odor like she had been drinking as well . Very poor hygiene , would not recommend this business. Unfortunately I am writing a poor review due to the lack of communication and customer service , I don't usually write bad reviews unless I really think people should know of this and be prepared for what kind of service you will be receiving. I had an appointment with her and we messaged back and forth a couple days prior of how excited I was to get my lashes done even confirmed a day before , now the day of I mssged her hours before to get exact address of course this is before she put her Yelp account up .. no answer then I massaged again saying something along the lines of Im going to head on over right after work can you please provide me address... nothing no response . After work I rushed out and massaged again hey I'm in my car ready to go just waiting on address .. nothing .. I even followed up saying unfortunately I think I'm going to miss my appointment due to no Address or direction. A day later still I reach out because I see she is active on her Instagram and posting many friends she's been doing lashes on and many that are posting reviews as well which is great but if you want an honest review this is it .. i still mssged to try to reach out a couple days ago and still have been waiting for some kind of response. read more

My last lash tech ruined my lashes they were literally broken yes broken. Since going to lash babe not only can you see my eyes but she genuinely cares my real lashes are growing and getting full. She genuinely cares how you look but also that your real lashes are strong growing and not breaking with the extensions on. I highly recommend the glue she uses is good my retention is always good. read more
