I've been here twice and each time my tans have been great and have both lasted more than 5 days and both times I've been in the water and I've experienced no fading. The tans fade naturally and if you're a frequent self tanner like me you know that patchy look I'm talking about. You get ZERO of that which is amazing. Zaira was very nice and professional. This review is not based on her customer service because if it was I would rate her excellent. My review is based on the quality of the service and results. I got a spray tan with her for my vacation. Decided to do the "quickie" since I booked the appointment the day I was leaving. I was surprised how quick it was done - in total it was 15 minutes. Now I've gotten spray tans before and this was by far the quickest. Unlike my other spray tans she did no prep before the spray tan that is applying lotion to the palms of your hands; creases in your wrists, elbows, feet; the back of your heels; and any other serious dry areas. It was my first time getting a spray tan what she calls the "quickie" that's suppose to develop in 3 hours versus 6 like others so I gave her her the benefit of the doubt. When she finished the tan it was dark like I like it. I told her I like to be very dark. She did not ask me for a picture or shade range I wanted to reach this should have been my first red flag. My second should have been that she did no prep before starting. But you live and you learn. Like I mentioned after the tan I was tanned and she said I would get darker the longer I let it develop. Well I showered 7 hours after vacation the 3 recommend and immediately noticed it lighter, again I gave her the benefit of the doubt. After my second shower it was significantly light. Now keep in mind I've gotten spray tans before and know how to shower after a tan and maintain it. I completely felt like it was a waste of money. My tan has been darker when I've done it myself with self tanner. I will not be returning to Zaira nor would I recommend her. I recommend going to someone with a legit location that focuses only on tanning. read more
