Jasmin is amazing as soon as you want in she greets you and her energy is 100%. I have not in years since I moved from Compton have found my lady (I had my lady in Compton) and mind you I have been to so many nails salons in Whittier. I came to get a gel pedi. I chose this place based off the reviews I read. I am so glad I came. Context: I was a bit nervous initially because a previous salon did a rushed job on my gel removal during my last pedicure. The previous nail tech efiled kinda rough and cut into layers of my nail. I was a bit upset, but also learned that that is not someone I would go back to. I like when my manicurist cares about the quality of their work from start to completion. Fast Forward to Present-Day: It's late morning, mid week. The salon wasn't busy when I arrived. I was paired with Lee, and let me just say, the quality of her work is wonderful. She takes her time, is thorough and meticulous, just the way I like. I know there are some people that are in more of a hurry and prefer a quick service, but I don't. Take the time you need. Lee provided me with such a quality pedicure. AND... I MUST highlight the gel removal process. Lee gently efiled the top layer then applied some gel removal polish, let that do its thing, then gently scraped the old gel polish off. A safe removal that kept my nail in tact. Key word "GENTLY." Her gel removal process eased all my tension. The service continued to be smooth sailing from there. Thank you Lee! read more

When the nail salon that I normally go to close down because of the pandemic, I needed to get my nails done so my daughter sent me up to go to jazzy nails. Normally I would've gotten the acrylic nails done for a manicure but I decided to take a chance and do the powder nails. I was really surprised, once they were done, I didn't have to go back for another manicure for close to eight weeks when I went back they remove the old powder nails and I picked a new one and it doesn't chip It stays the same color once it's on it looks like you've had a new manicure every day And my nails are not ruined by the acrylic which I used to get all the time so I am really pleased with the powder nails and it comes in all colors so I am I nails done on Monday of this week and I'll see how long it lasts so far no chips no cracks and they look so pretty. read more

So this review is long over due. I want to start with how professional and kind Jazz is. My special lady goes in about every three weeks and Jazz always takes great care of her. As a guy I don't know a whole lot of about manicures or any of that. But what I do know is how many compliments she gets on her nails after she gets them done by Jazz. I have to admit I do enjoy seeing all the different colors and styles Jazz has done throughout the year I have know her. I have even been able to make special arrangements to pay ahead of time to surprise her. Guys if your ladies are looking for a new place to get their nails done, look no further. I have been getting my nails done for well over 10 years. I'm not into too many crazy or fancy things. I just ask for good customer service, quality work and consistency. After countless different salons I have finally found my place that I may go to forever. This salon provides consistent quality services and amazing customer service. Jazzy's is a no frills, no nonsense sort of place. ALWAYS call for an appointment and book your next one before you leave. Jazzy is sassy and will make you laugh but at the end of the day she really wants you to be happy with the work that is done. I am long overdue on writing a review on Jazzy's Nails, and shame on me for not doing it sooner. Before Jazzy's Nails, I was not happy with the nail salons I was going to. I was having terrible experience. Poor customer service, bad work and no loyalty to a customer. Which is quite frankly everything to me. One day, I had enough! Through my research I found the holy grail of nail salons, Jazzy's Nails Spa!! It's been 2 years and I have never looked back! Due to the Coronavirus shut down, virtually all businesses were closed. The salon opened just a week ago and they are taking EVERY precaution with their employees and their customers. They put together a nail kit for customer's. For a nominal fee you get your own nail kit - all this to keep customers safe. No one else will use the items except me! I was impressed that Jazzy put this together for the health concern of their customers. Jazzy and her team are the best. read more

Asked to remove gel nails and do a traditional manicure. She did a horrible job! Gel left on the nails and just painted over it. I kept pointing out areas to buff and she still left it a mess. Went straight to Sally's to buy what I need to properly do the job myself. Salon was a mess too. So much clutter and junk shoved everywhere. Four days later 6 of 10 nails are chipping. read more

Although I always make appointments with Lynn (she is awesome and knows just how I like my nails), all the ladies are super nice and helpful! They offer so many services. I came in as a new customer and noticed how very crowed and disorganized it is. There's literally spa nail salons competing with this guppy. I got a pedicure but not of my nails were painted full coat and i got gel when it didn't want it. It ruined my actual nail by burning it. It could use a good clean. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The owner is absolutely one of the rudest people I have had the displeasure of meeting. She belittled the technician working on my nails and treated her with such disrespect. In addition, when my nails did not dry correctly, the owner blamed ME for not sticking my hand under the UV light correctly, and forcefully stuck my hand under the device to "properly" show me how it was done. First off, how dare she touch me in such a manner and make ME feel stupid for my nails not drying. Secondly, I've been to a few other nail salons and have stuck my hand under the UV devices the same way and have NEVER had that problem; my nails have never NOT dried. Doesn't take special skill to figure out how to stick your hand under a light. Don't rudely blame your clients for YOUR shortcomings. I never went back. Take your business elsewhere. read more

We will soak your gel, dip gently no harsh filings on natural nail bed. We strive to preserve your natural nails beds as much as we can. It is our number one priority. Apres Gel X is now available. It is $65.00 and up depending on lengths. Apple Pay,all major credit and debit cards are accepted. We are opened 7 days a week. M-F 9:00-7:00 Saturday and Sunday 8:00-4:00. We carry over 600+ SNS dipping powder. All natural, no UV/LED lights needed! Last up to 2-3 weeks. $45.00 for dipping powder and removal of old products $5.00 extra. We use liners for our spa pedicure to ensure a safe and sanitize environment. Manicure gels $40.00 (including take off old gels) Manicure gels and regular spa pedicure $65.00 Regular manicure and spa $45.00. We are located in the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf parking lot on Greenleaf Ave. There are plenty of We carry over 800 gel colors: Opi, Shellac, Orly, Harmony/Gelish, IBD and Perfect Match, DND color duos. The footrest was also unstable and wobbled every time I lifted my foot. The pillows provided for hand support were visibly dirty, which was off-putting. The most frustrating part was the polish selection. I chose two colors--a solid and a glitter that complemented each other--but after applying the solid, they realized they didn't have the glitter in stock. I had to choose another option, and then that second choice wasn't available either. I ended up settling for something I didn't really like. Given how expensive nail services are now, the entire experience was disappointing. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, so I'll be trying somewhere else next time.

I did not see her open a clean tool pouch to remove the dirt from underneath my nails and she just returned it to use it another client. Nail polish is sloppy on the edges and massage was maybe 2 mins. The whole service was $62 + $1 to use credit card and $5 tip...all for 15 mins!!! Never in my life have I spent that much for such quick service. Usually takes an hour. This explains why a place w so many chairs was near empty on a Friday evening. The girl next to me came in maybe 5 mins after me and she was done at the same time as me. She had a pedicure and not sure if a nail fill or a nail fix but she had 2 people working on her and she was done in 10 mins. I wanted to talk to her outside to see if she had come here before but it was dark and I didn't see her. I'm a stay at home mom and it's difficult for me to get out yo get pedicures done. I had 1/2 grown out old gel polish and felt completely robbed of my relaxing evening of wanting a good pedicure. I regret not saying anything. I didn't want them talking about me so I just paid and left. Don't come here, place is a rip off. Update: received message from business to say my experience was not accurate based on their reviewed footage they took at my chair. I stand by everything I said except they said my service took 30 mins not 15 mins. It still felt rushed and it's still not worth the money.

I typically get my nails done about once a month, but the last two visits have been disappointing. The technicians do not seem to thoroughly check their work. I've been repeatedly nicked around the cuticles, and during my most recent visit my nails were uneven in both length and shape. Unfortunately, due to the lack of attention to detail and consistency, I don't plan to return. I would strongly encourage future clients to carefully double-check everything during their service.
