Came here for a mani and gel set. I loved that they had dedicated parking spaces for clients. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I told them which services I wanted, they quoted me a rate and seated me. They asked me to wait a few minutes and then got to me within a very timely manner. While getting my pedi I was able to sit back, enjoy a movie and some light conversation. I was very happy with the quality of work that was done and the quote they gave me at the beginning was exactly what they charged, which hasn't been the case with other places I've been to. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the quality of mani pedi, but between the misleading/ outright false advertising about prices, the chemical reaction from simply resting my arm on their towel, and the manicure that took over an hour, it was a very disappointing experience. When I first walked in the woman who greeted me was very nice. As she prepared me for my pedicure I asked her if they had OPI colors. I told her I preferred this brand because it seems to last longer. She dismissed my request and insisted that the "trendy "brand she was showing me was just as good. I think if a customer asks for a specific brand that you have, you should at least let them look at your options. Then after my manicure started about 20 minutes in, I noticed my forearm was starting to burn and was very irritated. After a few times of looking at it, the man who was doing my manicure said I probably came into contact with one of the chemicals and rubber some solution on it to make it feel better. I don't know how I got some sort of chemical reaction from simply resting my arm on their towel, I assume this means that they aren't washing their towels regularly. Gross. Then to top it all off, when I went to pay, the man at the register tells me it is $70 for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I looked confused and asked him why it was not $65 considering the banner on the other side of the room said $65 for gel manicure and regular pedicure; he insisted it was $70. The woman who did my pedicure came over and said because I had a gel manicure before coming in and they had to remove the gel it was an extra $5. What is that? If you are going to advertise $65 for gel manicure and regular pedicure I don't see why you're secretly charging $5 to remove the gel manicure that I came in with. What percentage of people come in here asking for those two services that don't already have gel on their hands? Overall, terrible experience. Do not recommend. read more

I came to get a gel pedi. I chose this place based off the reviews I read. I am so glad I came. Context: I was a bit nervous initially because a previous salon did a rushed job on my gel removal during my last pedicure. The previous nail tech efiled kinda rough and cut into layers of my nail. I was a bit upset, but also learned that that is not someone I would go back to. I like when my manicurist cares about the quality of their work from start to completion. Fast Forward to Present-Day: It's late morning, mid week. The salon wasn't busy when I arrived. I was paired with Lee, and let me just say, the quality of her work is wonderful. She takes her time, is thorough and meticulous, just the way I like. I know there are some people that are in more of a hurry and prefer a quick service, but I don't. Take the time you need. Lee provided me with such a quality pedicure. AND... I MUST highlight the gel removal process. Lee gently efiled the top layer then applied some gel removal polish, let that do its thing, then gently scraped the old gel polish off. A safe removal that kept my nail in tact. Key word "GENTLY." Recently just moved to the area and decided to give this place a try. Jazzy the owner is so nice and funny! I called around 1230 and she was able to see me at 130pm for a dip manicure. Lynn was the one who did my dip manicure, I loved how she was able to shape them perfectly. It's hard to find a nail tech that doesn't do the dip powder too thick. I was going to another place nearby but I felt like they were too sloppy. I hope the retention lasts up to three weeks, if so il def be back here! read more

The owner is really nice. I came back to try out a full set because of her. It was just my tech that made it an unpleasant experience for me. I've never been to a place where they individually pick off acrylic or gel x nails with a plastic scraping tool. Usually you would let the nails soak in a bowl of acetone or nails In foil for 5-10 minutes then start buffing out the old polish. After the pain of one nail being scraped off I had to ask for the acetone process. She sawed away at my cuticles and cut the side on my thumb to make the nail try and fit my nail bed. They are really chunky and are hardly coffin shaped. Overall next day, 3-4 nails are severely crooked, they are not the length I normally like. Maybe only request an appointment with Jazz! read more

When the nail salon that I normally go to close down because of the pandemic, I needed to get my nails done so my daughter sent me up to go to jazzy nails. Normally I would've gotten the acrylic nails done for a manicure but I decided to take a chance and do the powder nails. I was really surprised, once they were done, I didn't have to go back for another manicure for close to eight weeks when I went back they remove the old powder nails and I picked a new one and it doesn't chip It stays the same color once it's on it looks like you've had a new manicure every day And my nails are not ruined by the acrylic which I used to get all the time so I am really pleased with the powder nails and it comes in all colors so I am I nails done on Monday of this week and I'll see how long it lasts so far no chips no cracks and they look so pretty. read more

I was having terrible experience. Poor customer service, bad work and no loyalty to a customer. Which is quite frankly everything to me. One day, I had enough! Through my research I found the holy grail of nail salons, Jazzy's Nails Spa!! It's been 2 years and I have never looked back! Due to the Coronavirus shut down, virtually all businesses were closed. The salon opened just a week ago and they are taking EVERY precaution with their employees and their customers. They put together a nail kit for customer's. For a nominal fee you get your own nail kit - all this to keep customers safe. No one else will use the items except me!
