I've been to many nail salons, to get my arms waxed, this is by far the worst experience. I politely asked the lady to go over some spots she missed on my right arm. The lady became upset once she began my left arm. She retaliated by aggressively pulling the cloth used to remove the arm hair. She also would reuse the same cloth for it to hurt me and would purposely wax the sensitive areas in a rough manner. I wish I can rate zero stars. I believe the lady is the owner as well. At the end, she tried blaming me for the marks because I asked her to go over it again which is a lie because I told her to go over the outer arm from my right arm which was before she started on my left arm. read more

I went here on 4//22/22 for a basic pedicure. It was recommended by one of my neighbors in Rosedale. I called ahead and was told a basic pedicure would be $20. I went to the location and told the lady that I only wanted a basic pedicure. She asked me at least 5 times to look at the menu and to pick a specialty pedicure. I repeatedly told her that I just wanted the basic $20 pedicure and if it was good the next Time I came in I would get a specialty pedicure. I asked her to cut my toe nails short. She argued with me telling me that if I wanted my toe nails cut I would have to get the $35 pedicure otherwise the basic pedicure does not come with cutting my toe nails which I thought was ridiculous because I've never had that happen before. I told her I would pay the $35 if that's what it took to have her cut my toenails since I was already there. I ended up being there for almost 2 hours for a basic pedicure and paid $35. I will never come back to the salon again because all she tried to do was upsell me and the pedicure wasn't even that great. I'll go back to my regular salon in Glendora. Moreover it's not in a good area. There were a bunch of homeless people walking around in the parking lot and hanging out next to the liquor store. read more

Was in need of a Mani and Pedi. Showed up with no appointment with my two friends on a Sunday late afternoon. They were available to accommodate us fairly quickly. I didn't get the name of my girl who did my nails. But she was very nice and did a great job! There were 3 ladies working today. However I do feel that they try to upsell customers and the past 2 times I have been there, I have only gotten a gel manicure and every time they start chipping after a week. Michelle did my acrylics. I haven't had a full set in months so my hands needed a little tlc and they got exactly that. Whenever I choose a new nail spot I always pay attention to the attention to detail, and it was definitely there. I honestly think my nails look better than the professional edited picture I showed her she gave me exactly what I asked. A tasteful French with a neutral that goes with my skin tone. I left about an hour ago and got so many compliments as I was running my errands. Julienne did my pedi and she did an amazing job. I am pretty weird about my feet but julienne made me feel so comfortable and was very gentle. One thing I can always appreciate is price transparency. They have clear and readable menus for all their services and their website is easy to navigate. Total for a acrylic full set French with gel and basic pedicure on card was $71!!! Bring cash for tip. You can't find a deal like that nowadays. Will definitely become a loyal patron of this salon. I've been here a few times for an eyebrow and upper lip wax and love it. The lady that does the waxing does a great job of cleaning up my overgrown brows every time. I finally decided to give them a try with my pedicure and they didn't disappoint. They're a relatively new salon so they have a good selection of new polishes and furniture. It's very clean inside. I actually had a really great experience here. Spent my Mother's Day having a "me day" and that started with getting my nails done. I don't get them done often, and I had never been to this place, but it was close to home so I gave it a try. It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish! I got a gel manicure and she did such a beautiful job that other women in the salon wanted to get the same color because it just came out so lovely. I also got the Deluxe Pedicure and it was wonderful! The massage was really good and my feet came out baby soft. Also, the staff was really pleasant.
