This is my very first time to have lash lift and tinted. I sent out a request, and Ivy was the second one to respond (the first one response as they do not have lash lift service). It was 11:30 am, and I was asking for an appointment ASAP - she was able to give me a noon appointment as one of her customers just rescheduled or 4:30pm. Ivy first checked the length of lashes and gave me an honest recommendation as well as what to expect since my lashes are not very long and thick. Ivy was very skillful and did an awesome job. Found this place on groupon for a fraction of the price and it seemed to have decent yelp reviews. I've never had a lash lift and wasn't sure what to expect. I called and she made an appointment for me a couple hours out. The spa is locked so you have to ring the bell and then they have private rooms with beds. My techs name was Coco and I dont know if it was her limited English but she wasn't very helpful when I asked her quarters about how the treatment would go and voiced concerns about whether it is damaging (she replied yes and laughed) multiple times. I tried asking in multiple ways using simpler words and she still said yes everytime ... and then told me everyone does it every 4 to 6 weeks no problem.... She taped my eyes up and then used multiple layers of serums on my lashes and then set the timer and a massager that was under the sheet on the bed (nice surprise). After 30 minutes and a quick nap she untaped me and texted me some tips. It was a little uncomfortable and itchy but now the next day I'm fine. read more

I came in asking for an eyebrow wax and lash lift. The technician told me I don't need waxing but she can clean up some areas (she touched inbetween my brows) so after the lash lift, which was okay no major issues, she waxed my unibrow. Getting ready to pay I was going to give her a bigger tip her because I felt like she really cared for the customer and I thought I found my new place to do lashes.... Nah I get up there and she tried charging me for a full eyebrow wax! I told her I wasn't going to pay because she literally just did that small section, no shaping or clean up. I've been a loyal customer of Ivy's for about 7 months. Recently she has been over charging me. For example I paid for a facial. No exfoliating, extractions or steamer and charged me $108 plus $60 for a classic eyelash set that should've been 3D mink. I still gave Ivy the benefit of the doubt and scheduled another appointment, due to a car accident I wasn't able to make it. Went in on 4/12/25 for a refill on my lashes she charged me $90 when normally she charges $60. Ivy is desperate for money. She's even selling a basic wagon for $108.00... I purchased a Groupon for lash lift service at a great price. I called and was able to make an appointment very easily and fast AND with a live person, not some email/ text chain. I would like to update my review based on the quality of the work next days after. I was alittle surprised. My lashes looked nice when i left , it looked full. My lashes continued to fall though after the next couple of days, & i realized that the lashes felt clumpier than any other time i've gotten my lashes done. I did message the company asking questions & they questioned me as well and even asked for pictures. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. but don't get me wrong they tried to get me to make another appointment to look at it & "fix it" but i didn't bother because i didn't want the same results. My session, my eyes continued to water & the technician tried to just work around it until after i said " sorry it just won't stop watering". After trying to pay, the tech seemed as though a tip is necessary and watched me hit no and you can def feel the tension and the tone in her voice. I left a review originally because it was requested and she said about a voucher. But this is just me updating it a little. I'm not sure if i was just unlucky that day. This is my first time getting a lash lift and tint and I decided to come here because I saw they had reasonable prices for first time customers so I payed the sale online before going in store. Ivy was my lash tech and I did not have a good experience at all, she was not welcoming and the moment I came in she didn't even greet me and proceeded to hammer me about the sale price I payed for online and saying she needed to see it and got upset when I was looking for my email, I don't know if because I got it for a sale price she didn't care to give me a good experience but then why do they offer a discounted price then? Ivy didn't bother to explain me the process or anything and was on her phone pretty much the whole time even when I was leaving she was just looking down on her phone.
