She did me DIRTY. She threaded one of my eyebrows from the front part of it, which made it shorter than the other and didn't clean the tail of my eyebrow.... Great service, soft hands. They're very understanding when you need a second. My sinus somehow react when threading so I'm always scratching my nose (thru my mask of course) and they're more than understanding. Keep in mind, when threading, the threaders have to use their mouth to hold the thread so masks are worn when not threading but during threading, if you are uncomfortable just be wary. I've been going to this shop since they opened a few years back as I live locally. They're incredibly personable and remember you when you come often. I came in to get my eyebrows done here for the first time based on the reviews it seemed like every eyebrow technician was pretty good so I was comfortable going with any of them but there was only one in the store today June 20 at 2:30 her name was Deepali . I asked Deepali to please just clean up my eyebrows, No shaping, just clean up and she shaped my eyebrows making them way to thin and uneven. I am so upset right now. I hate the way my eyebrows look and I've always had them thick and shaped the way I've always wanted them until now. I hope they can grow back to the shape they were before and I will not be coming back here at all. There should at least be options not just one technician who doesn't listen to what the customers are specifically asking for. read more

i'm usually a regular at this threading facility however i will no longer be going here. their service hasn't always been great and they tend to make my eyebrows thinner than i'd like, but i go there since it's the closest to where i live. but i called in new year's eve since it is a holiday but the hours still said open. whoever answered the phone stated that she might closing earlier and asked when i would be there, i said around 3:30pm and she said she would see me then. when i got there at 3:30pm, the shop was already close. wasted my time and gas. this was the last straw with this threading place. ended up going to brow shapes threading salon in san dimas, and off the bat their service and quality was SOO much better than ideal threading. overall, i would not recommend ideal threading. don't waste your time or money here. read more

Love this place ! Found it by chance because it's close to my job and decided to take a chance . I'm so happy I did ! Mira always does my eyebrows just how I want them . I told her I don't like them too thin and she always listens. I also like that she thinks and knows how my eyebrows are going to grow back in . Sometimes she will leave hairs because she knows how it will grow back and give me a nice arch that I like for the next visit.
