My skin feels so hydrated after that hydro facial! 1st time with red light treatment too. I kept forgetting I was there for a facial because the massage while the products set, was so nice and exactly what my tense body needed. read more

Nini is the best! She literally saved my skin - now my complexion glows and I have the healthiest skin barrier I ever had in my life. I thought I knew what I was doing with my skincare routine, but that all changed with our initial appointment. Everyone's skin is different and she will make a personalized plan for you. She is so knowledgeable and will teach you how to take care of your skin. She makes sure that you are comfortable throughout the facial and will tell you what products she will be using. I love that she never pressures you to purchase the products at her spa, and even tells you products she recommends at other stores. I have also booked eyelash extensions with her and they turned out gorgeous! I recommend trying eyelash extensions with her if you haven't already. I appreciate her so much for turning my skin around and will be back soon! read more

I've struggled to keep my facial routine consistent and effective until I started visiting Halo Spa, where Nini has completely transformed my skincare journey. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and confident that I was in expert hands. Nini takes the time to listen to my skin concerns, review my current routine, and tailor every step of the facial to address my specific needs. She explains the science behind each product and technique, which makes the experience feel purposeful rather than routine. Five stars all around. Nini is amazing! She really cares about her clients. I had really bad eczema and acne scarring, but my friend referred me to Nini a year ago. Nini really worked a miracle, and now my skin looks and feels great! I've regained the confidence to bare my true face to the world and take all the pictures I want! I also asked Nini to do my lashes for my book launch party, and I'm so happy with how they turned out! In summary, Nini is an incredible, warm, and friendly person. She knows what she's doing. Finally a salon that gets me! I've been looking for someone who knows how to do PROFESSIONAL eyelashes! I don't like big bulky eyelashes. I like natural soft lashes that aren't big volume weighted down lashes. I went in today for my first time and showed a picture with lash measurements and got EXACTLY what I wanted! I mean, just looked at my photos! Perfection!!! It took about 2hrs, 15 mins. But, about 30-45mins of that was removing the rest of the caked on, horrible costume lashes from blading ink in La Verne. So happy for this Salon! It looks ultra luxurious inside, fresh and VERY clean! Staff was amazing, and even gave me a first time customer gift, which no other salon offers!!! I finally found the golden Spa, I feel like I found home and I will definitely be a life long customer!!! read more

I have received several facials from Nini. Each time, she made me feel that I was special and that she was happy to see me. She really cares about my needs. At 74 tears old, I am her eldest customer. She takes extra care of my delicate skin and addresses any issues I may have. She explains how she will handle my treatment, so I understand her process. Then, the time spent administering the facial is quiet and peaceful. Nini is a delightful, upbeat person. Her salon is lovely and tastefully decorated. The changing room is well-lit and very clean. She is always on time and ready for me when i arrive. I recommend this spa to all ages, I'm looking forward to my next visit! read more

The first time when I went there, I was impressed by the decoration and cleanliness of this place, everything looks glamorous. It took me away from the daily stress, Nini made it the best day on top of that, she's very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I'm thankful to my friend who gave me gift cards for this spa. I went to a few spas before but this is by far my favorite. Not only Nini gave me a very relaxing facial massage but she also coached me on how to meditate at the same time which was amazing. The way she massaged my back and my head eased the tension I had physically and mentally. You have to try it yourself, the prices here are very reasonable for the quality of services and how luxurious the place is, I'd give 10 stars if I can. read more

I would give Halo Spa & Salt 10 stars if I could! I have visited many spas around the world to get a facial or a massage yet none compare to the quality that I get from Nini @ Halo Spa in Claremont! First of all, the salon itself is gorgeous - from the decor to the cleanliness - I was so happy to be in a cute and cozy environment. Not only is Nini extremely sweet, kind, and caring; she is also very knowledgeable about skin care, products/ ingredients, nutrition, etc. I received the Luxe Halo Custom facial for my first visit and i was absolutely amazed - I have never had a better facial in all my life (literally). Nini took her time getting to know me and my skin before we got started with the service. We reviewed the products I use, my diet, sleeping patterns, and much more (I had never had someone go over these things with me before). I don't have enough good things to say about my facials. From the techniques she uses with her hands to the way she incorporates a massage - I was am in heaven every time I get a service don't here. I just received my second facial from Nini today and I am even more happy with the service this time than I was after my first visit. I have now had my lashes done by both Nini and Andrea - both do AN AMAZING JOB! The quality and retention is something I've not experienced with other lash artists. Andrea is so sweet and definitely knows what she is doing. I absolutely love this salon and can't see myself going anywhere else for my lashes and facials - I'm addicted. read more

I tried this new face routine I had heard rave reviews about on IG and after about 3 weeks of that I felt like something was wrong with my face. But didn't know what it was. Several companies came highly recommended on Yelp but I settled with Halo Spa and Salt. And really I was blessed! My face was in really rough shape. So much so that it took 2-3 hours to get it even close to okay and the damage was pretty extensive. I left with the self imposed congestion removed from my face, the black head party my nose had been having removed and a new skin care routine that 5 days later seems to be working. My skin looks great, feels great and I can't wait to go back. You will do your face a great service coming here to get a facial! Service: 5/5 Listened to my concerns and was willing to assist me in using my current routine but I opted for a new one. Ambiance: 5/5 Very relaxing and secluded. Has a locked front door you have to buzz to get let in! Which is nice and secure. Restroom/ changing room is nice and clean also with plenty of space. Products: 5/5 Products for sale are top quality and reasonably priced. Snacks: 5/5 Good tea offered and they had Fiji water which was a nice touch. Overall recommendation: would recommend to anyone. Thanks so much for the great experience. Can't wait for my follow up appointment. read more
