Like others on this page, I was told I could not cancel over the phone (WTF not????), so I went in and canceled, signed a few docs, was offered this and that instead but I said no. Fast forward to nearly 2 months later - some girl calls me and says my credit card is not going through (a tactic I'm sure they use all the time). I told them I cancelled which they responded that I had only frozen my account and this could no longer stay frozen, a $7 fee, something ridiculous like that. I was having NONE OF IT. I told her, NO NO NO, I cancelled and you know it! I'm not playing any of your games. She had said that I needed to come back in to cancel again, and I said no. My credit card wasn't working and had not been charged anything because I had completely and totally cancelled, she was just trying to get more money, retain me, whatever. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!
