My tan always comes out even, natural, and streak-free, and it fades beautifully. Everyone who works here is also SO sweet and welcoming. They make you feel completely comfortable from the second you walk in, which is especially appreciated when you're basically standing there naked! They're professional, kind, and just genuinely wonderful people. I also LOVE the powder they use afterward. It makes such a difference because you don't leave feeling sticky or uncomfortable while your tan develops. My husband gets his spray tans here too, and both of our tans always turn out amazing. Like others on this page, I was told I could not cancel over the phone (WTF not????), so I went in and canceled, signed a few docs, was offered this and that instead but I said no. Fast forward to nearly 2 months later - some girl calls me and says my credit card is not going through (a tactic I'm sure they use all the time). I told them I cancelled which they responded that I had only frozen my account and this could no longer stay frozen, a $7 fee, something ridiculous like that. I was having NONE OF IT. I told her, NO NO NO, I cancelled and you know it! I'm not playing any of your games. She had said that I needed to come back in to cancel again, and I said no. My credit card wasn't working and had not been charged anything because I had completely and totally cancelled, she was just trying to get more money, retain me, whatever. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

She had a great genuine upbeat personality, really made you feel at ease, communication was on point, really left no stone unturned from beginning to end, oh and she was really fun to talk to. The waxing process, I was there for my back. They use vegan ingredients for the waxing which I really like, pain scale was less than traditional waxing. I would say traditional waxing for me is a 8 outta 10 whereas this was 6.5 outta 10. McKenna was very thorough throughout the entire process. No sticky residue post wax which is common from other places. I really like the eucalyptus warm towels post wax to smooth the back, nice touch. Place was charming and clean. This was just what I needed, last two studios have been disappointing. Last place major breakout post waxing and other place gave the worst attitude. I will be back and will request McKenna :) Thank you Bronze Bunny and McKenna, you all rock!

This facial also stimulates collagen production and tones your face. It was a perfect pre-birthday treat for myself. Booking was easy on the website and all their services have a good description to determine what best fits your needs. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and for that you need to call in. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep.
