I told them I cancelled which they responded that I had only frozen my account and this could no longer stay frozen, a $7 fee, something ridiculous like that. I was having NONE OF IT. I told her, NO NO NO, I cancelled and you know it! I'm not playing any of your games. She had said that I needed to come back in to cancel again, and I said no. My credit card wasn't working and had not been charged anything because I had completely and totally cancelled, she was just trying to get more money, retain me, whatever.
