She had a great genuine upbeat personality, really made you feel at ease, communication was on point, really left no stone unturned from beginning to end, oh and she was really fun to talk to. The waxing process, I was there for my back. They use vegan ingredients for the waxing which I really like, pain scale was less than traditional waxing. I would say traditional waxing for me is a 8 outta 10 whereas this was 6.5 outta 10. McKenna was very thorough throughout the entire process. No sticky residue post wax which is common from other places. I really like the eucalyptus warm towels post wax to smooth the back, nice touch. Place was charming and clean. This was just what I needed, last two studios have been disappointing. Last place major breakout post waxing and other place gave the worst attitude. I will be back and will request McKenna :) Thank you Bronze Bunny and McKenna, you all rock!

Long story, but I had a shameful mood-swing, my 1 and only during my wedding planning I promised myself I would never have. I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this business. I purchased a package of…read more23 sessions but was only able to use 2-3 before the owner essentially disappeared and the business shut down. When I contacted her in November, I was told the infrared sauna was temporarily down and to call back. After that, I never heard from her again. For a long time, the business listed itself as "temporarily closed," and now it appears to be completely out of business with no communication or resolution. This is extremely unprofessional and, in my opinion, misleading. Selling packages and then failing to honor them or provide refunds is not acceptable. I, like others, am now left wondering what happened to the money we paid. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing packages or prepaying for services here.

I had the best experience at KH Club! I went in for a hybrid brow tint + lamination, and while I've…read morehad a brow tint before, this was my first time getting a lamination. I'll be honest, I've had my brows tinted somewhere else before and wasn't super happy with it, so I was a little nervous trying again. But I'm so glad I did! Kayla was incredibly detailed and truly took her time with my brows. I already had a specific shape that I liked, but she still mapped everything out and was such a perfectionist about getting the shape to fit my preferences. She even did a little extra waxing and tweezing to clean everything up, which I really appreciated. She was also so careful with my sensitive skin and constantly checked in with me throughout the process. I love a more structured brow rather than the super fluffy look, and she tailored the lamination perfectly to what I wanted. She even stopped during the tint to make sure the color wasn't too dark, which I really appreciated! I have very thin, light brow hairs, so I'm honestly amazed with what she was able to achieve. This was such a good treat-yourself service, and I'm so thankful I trusted Kayla with my brows! They look amazing fresh, and I'm already excited to see how the tint and lamination wear while I'm on vacation.

She takes the time to understand exactly what you want and never rushes the process, which makes a huge difference. You feel taken care of, not processed. Every spray tan I have had here has come out even, natural, and beautifully blended. There are no orange tones, no patchiness, and it fades evenly over time. The brow work is just as impressive. It is subtle, flattering, and perfectly shaped without ever looking heavy or overdone. Consistency is what really sets this place apart. No matter when I come in, the quality and attention to detail are always there. It is rare to find a spot you can trust this much with your face and skin. Highly recommend. If you are looking for natural results and a place you will want to come back to again and again, this is it.
