I see a few bad reviews recently about the "firing" of some of the well known techs. I am sorry they are no longer there. I liked Colleen too. She was my first manzillian so I won't forget her. However, I was recently greeted by Amanda on an early Saturday morning and she was super fantastic. I hope she's still there becuase we will return. As a man going in, it is much different. A lot more stress and the inuendo of me/her getting the waxing done. Lots of small talk to get our minds off the task. Not a normal event in most guy's lives, but well worth it. Cheap and shortsighted ownership. I've been going to this location well over five years, seeing my same aesthetician--Colleen--for all that time. Prior to finding Colleen I had been with another aesthician, I'm not casual about my choice. Using a chain service was not something I was initially comfortable with but after ducking in for a crisis she changed my mindset. When I went to schedule an appointment with her this week I couldn't find a time on her calendar. As it turns out, she and most/all of the long-term employees were terminated. Colleen is too professional to say, but seems like they fired all the employees who performed highly enough to hit their maximum bonus on a regular basis. Sure fire road to failure guys, firing your most capable staff. I've already moved my business to Colleen's new place and hope all her clients do the same. If you see an out of business sign on this business in the near future, it will be because the company made incredibly short sighted choices. Fools. read more

Colleen went over after care instructions and escorted me back to the front lobby. I couldn't believe how fast it took and the results were so clean and RADIANT! What I loved most about this experience is that unlike the DYI at home kits, I wasn't struggling to adhere the wax strips at a funky angle and I didn't have any skin irritation or ingrown hairs. Honestly, the best part about going to a professional salon like Radiant Waxing is that there are professional waxologists like Colleen who are educated about the process and know how to perform it correctly, minimizing any discomfort or pain; they can also identify when skin issues or irritations arise and can treat them accordingly. I called this morning to make an appointment while I was driving front desk told me they must ask my credit card number otherwise I cannot make any appointment. My two daughters and myself has been using lunchbox for over five years. We all purchase package from them, they have our credit card number on their file. they told us if we do not use remining time they will reimburse the remain balance, that is not the case.
