Love this place for my tanning. Ask for Bri she has excellent service. I have the monthly service and it's works.

I signed up for the Premier one membership which allows you to use one service a month. I did this because occasionally I have an event I want to spray or tan for. My first session I ended up paying over $100 with the lotion and fee. Today when I went in for my second month service I was told I can't Go full the full offered time because after 30 days the system resets it to only allow you to go half the time. Why in the world would you offer a service for once a month and then only allow them to go half the allowed time? Im paying $30+ a month to use one service and can't even enjoy the full session time? It's actually ridiculous and I will absolutely be cancelling my membership before next month. The only reason I left two stars is because the staff is always nice. read more

Bri was so helpful in giving me a tour, helping me assess my tanning needs, getting me set up with an account and just the right products, and even getting me in for a quick "starter" tan on the spot! Everything was well-explained and getting started was so easy. It was nice to hear that their staff all go through an extensive training program to be equipped with the knowledge to assist you in your tanning journey. Some of the front desk employees are super nice and some are just super rude. Not sure who the blonde one is but she's super rude! Anyhow, the package pricing they offer is ok however they don't tell you about the tanning tax each month so the price they advertise make sure you add $10 more dollars to that. The 24 hour rule is ridiculous since they close at 7pm and sometimes I'm not off until 7:30 and I can't go back if I tanned at my lunch and sometimes I need to come in earlier than lunch time. The beds are not as hot as they should be which makes me need to come more often, maybe that how they get you to pay more. read more

My package at Tropic Tan was transferred here since they closed. I enjoyed Palm Beach Tan. It's a larger place. The tanning rooms are nice and clean. The employee working was very helpful. I don't tanning to often so I'll have to find the right package that fits my schedule. I miss my friends at Tropic Tan, but will make new friends here when I get my tanning package. read more

I believe his name was Vince or Vinny, I can't remember well but he walked me through the different products that they had and recommended me the one that was just perfect for my skin. Marilyn is AMAZING!! She is so sweet, kind and super helpful! I've been coming to this location for a few years off and on so I've met lots of their staff but she's the first person that really explained the different beds to me. The girls are great. However, it's been a month since some bulbs have been replaced, which is ridiculous. I've been tanning there for almost a year, and it's nothing but excuses on behalf of management regarding getting the bulbs replaced. I don't pay $100 per month to have this take place. Moreover, their corporate tanning rule that you can't tan until 24 hours has passed is a nuisance as well. It's very manipulative, because let's say you work and can't get in until 5:30 PM on Friday night, then you can't tan on Saturday even if you want to, due to them closing at 4 PM. I'm an adult, and I can decide how often I want to tan. In conclusion, take care of the bulbs in a timely manner. A business relationship goes both ways, for you take my money and I expect the bulbs to be installed in a timely manner. read more

The renovation/remodeling project is becoming a joke. Painting few walls & doors should be a 4-5 days maximum. It has been over 3 months, place looks like shit, no mirrors, shelves for personal items, whoever is in charge of this is awful. This whole thing decreases the tanning experience tremendously. Over 4 years ago I made a visit to this location for a quick spray tan. I wasn't thrilled with the wait times, customer service or the actual quality of the tan. I vowed to never go back after that horrible experience. Last week, the new store manager reached out to me and let me know that the store changed their management and upgraded their machines. She offered me a free spray tan or a month free of tanning beds. I decided to take her up on the free spray tan since I had an event that I needed to attend. From the moment I walked into the store, Tyler was nothing but informative and helpful. He was very detailed when describing the tanning mixtures and did a great job of explaining the machine to me. My overall view of this location has changed drastically since my last visit. I will absolutely be going back. A big thank you to Bronte who provided excellent customer service. read more

Typically, I tan at a salon closer to my home, but I received a coupon from my friend to go here, so I thought I'd give it a try. I love the fact that you can use any of the beds! The salon is always clean and can usually get me in right away. The parking is convenient and always available. It's also located near many other shops and restaurants. The cherry on top is the energetic store manager, Destiny. She has a way of making you feel like you've been friends forever. She's definitely a great addition! The only thing I don't like is having to wait 24 hours between tans. I think being able to tan once a calendar day is a lot easier as far as fitting into my daily life. Overall, it's a great tanning salon! I would definitely recommend it! I will be returning again next summer. read more

This location is not it. ! The customer service provided here is awful. The front desk girls are snobby and rude. I came in for a spray tan for my birthday paid $70 and I am NOT SATISFIED with the quality of the spray tan I got. I told this to the girl named" Kelli S" and she just stared at me blankly (stupidly tbh) like I was crazy or confused and then said there was nothing that can be done ??? "I'm sorry I really don't know what to tell you. Uhhh yeah sorry not much I can do" She also said that no one else had complained but regardless , she was super dismissive of my concern and not helpful in the least. She also lied and said her name was Brittney so she wouldn't have to give me her real name Kelli !!! Liar I asked if I can get an additional spray to tone the uneven, blotchy, chalky spray I paid $70 for and was told no. I literally had to rub the spray tan with my hands when I got out of the booth to try to even the shitty spray I got. The worst service ever! I had an allergic reaction after their spray tan. Didn't make big deal out of it. Just decided to close my membership, apparently you can't do it over the phone, so I did an online form.Im not sure what happened after, but I got charged this month again! I've been as pale as a ghost since the COVID lockdown in 2020. I just started coming here last month and I am already getting pretty dark. Everyone is nice at the front desk and the beds seem a lot more powerful than the run down tanning location I used to go to in Anaheim. This is absolutely the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. I was told that I would pay a certain amount for a partial month and i could cancel anytime. I did cancel before the time I was given. and still for 2 straight months was billed $100 each month even when I had cancelled. I called in 2 times to do this and was told, "ok we have cancelled your package" (I didn't even mention how rude this girl was, which I had a candid conversation with someone else who was treated the same way) That aside, now this company is trying to say that I am wrong and will not reimburse funds that were taken our of my bank account. Came in on Monday (8/19) to use the yelp offer. Please refer to my picture. The coupon says tan all month for $14.95 or chose from sun or spray tan. When we talked to the young, blond girl she said it was a combination deal. She told us that we need to pay $14.95 for the "tan all month" in order to get the free sun or spray tan which is not what the yelp offer says. It's super easy to sign up but they don't Make it easy to cancel. You can't call over the phone to cancel. You have to go into the salon to sign something or go through hoops on a website and wait 3-5 days for a reply. Destiny, Dakota and Cameron are super sweet. Funny, too! It's nice to come to a place like this for "self-care" and be treated like they are happy to see you. Pay for "unlimited" and be limited in how you use it. I'm trying to pair this up with my work schedule before summer hits and coachella and I went in at 1:00 pm yesterday before work.. tried to tan today at 11:00 am and she couldn't allow me.. 2 hours?... and so I'll miss a full day somewhere. Her sympathy thing was I can come back at 9 before they close, but then I would have to wait again.. till 9 pm.. no flexibility..and so I drove there for nothing, pay for unlimited to be well, LIMITED.. and I fully understand the safety reasons for waiting a day, but to not allow flexibility in regards to life schedules, they shouldn't say it's "unlimited." Another down side to this location now is their near by shop was closed and this one seems heavily busy now.. every time I have been in there is 3-4 people waiting, I can never get a lay down bed.. I signed up merely because the super sweet girl in the beginning offered a greater deal then what I usually pay.. however I'm seriously considering the rock n roll tan in Newport.. they're unlimited option is $50 less so not being able to tan as my schedule permits wouldn't feel as much as a waste. read more
