I asked to get my cuticles to get taken care of, when I called to book the appointment and again when I sat down with the nail tech. I asked for this because I know if the cuticles are not taken care of you'll need a fill much sooner and it doesn't look at good. Then with the nail art simple French tip. The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I shouldn't have to be put in the position to tell you the quality is lacking when it's your specialty. So I left with well it just is what it is nails. Completely disappointed lowered it to one star because there's nothing like getting a set of nails done that looks like you already need another fill

I should have known I was in for a bad experience when she was too lazy to use nail polish remover to get rid of my old nail polish. When she finished, I was picking polish off my skin and she comes over to ask me why I messed them up. Had I not asked her to clean up them up again, they would look even worse. My nails weren't straight. The nail polish was uneven, the top coat didn't even cover my nails. She did not care one bit which is unfortunate because I had a great previous experience. Maybe there's only specific people you can go to... Note, this is AFTER she tried to fix my toes twice.

Hannah was meticulous, gentle, and clearly very skilled. She always checked in to see if I was in any pain. The gentleman doing my pedicure implied that my feet were dry and I should upgrade my pedicure before he even looked or touched my feet, plus the water was cold. During the pedicure he agreed that I didn't have calluses. Every color I picked from the OPI binder they didn't have. It took three attempts to get a color they actually had. The shape of my nails turned out nice but the gel was very lumpy and that was what upset me the most. Either the staff did a poor job or the polish was not good.

I don't know what kind of magic she is doing, but in my ten plus years of getting pedicures, I haven't experienced this kind of consistency and quality ever before. Everyone that works there is so kind, the employees are friendly and helpful. Pricing is competitive for the area and the VIP treatments are absolutely worth it every now and again, although I typically stick with the basic gel pedi. Chairs are comfortable, beverages are complimentary and offered on seating, and the herbs they use for teas and soaks smell incredible. Finding a good nail salon is always a stressful task. Happy to find a place I can count on.

I had such a great experience at Ritz Nail Salon! Mary at the front desk (the manager) was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect color swatch and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and fun from the moment I walked in. I made an appointment with Bee for a Gel X set, and she absolutely nailed it. I showed her a few photo references, and she was able to replicate the design perfectly. honestly, she made it look even better with her own adjustments and attention to detail. Her work is super detailed, clean, and exactly what I wanted. It's been two weeks now with no lifting or breakage at all, which really shows the quality of her work. Bee is so easy to work with, talented, and really listens to what you want. Both Mary and Bee were bubbly, fun, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I've been booking with Bee consistently now, and she's officially my favorite nail tech. Definitely coming back and highly recommend this salon! read more

I've been going to Annie at Ritz Nails for about two years now, and she is truly the best! Not only is she incredibly talented, but she's also super fast and always gets my nails looking flawless--especially when I bring in inspo photos or new ideas. She nails it every single time (no pun intended)! The salon is clean, the prices are very reasonable, and they even offer a discount if you pay in cash. This is my favorite salon and the only place I will go for my nails. Emily is the best! She is always friendly, attentive, and does great work! She respects my time and works fast, and the quality of her work is so good that my nails always come out looking perfect and just the way I want them. I have tried other salons but none of them compare to this one and I have never had anyone do better work than Emily. Thank you Emily for being so good at what you do and caring about your customers. place is a joke. $45 fill that lasts 5 days. emily used to do my nails and then i switched to annie. both terrible! my nails break within 4-5 days. i go back and they don't even try to fix it, annie just puts glue and presses it and thinks that would fix it??? obviously it won't?? it broke again within an hour. stay clear of this salon! oh and they use cheap polish, my pedicure chipped within a day.. update; they refused me service! said i'd give them another chance but they didn't accept me horrible '!!! read more

Not recommended. I could've done a better job. Tools not disinfected. Great massage chair.. Excellent, in fact... but not cleaned. Manicurist.. Garlic Breath & COUGHING on me the entire time. Horrible massage.. one hand, really? I had to ask for a hot towel to wipe down my back after. Bad, cheap mani/pedi. VERY NICE woman @ the front podium. OPI & Essie.. nice touch. I will NOT return.
