I'm really disappointed with my experience at Ritz Nail Salon. All I asked for was a simple color with gel polish -- nothing elaborate, no nail art, no complicated design. It really shouldn't have been hard to execute. Despite that, the nail tech didn't seem to understand what I was asking for, and I pointed out multiple things that were wrong with my nails several times during the service. Each time, she either didn't fully fix the issue or brushed off my concerns. This happened repeatedly, not just once -- I gave her several chances to get it right, and it was a simple enough request that I expected it to be a non-issue. By the end, I still left with gel polish on my hands that I wasn't happy with, even after voicing my concerns clearly and repeatedly. Communication was a real problem throughout the appointment, and I felt like I wasn't being heard as a paying customer, especially for something so basic. I really wanted to love this place, but this visit left me frustrated and I probably won't be returning. read more

Dirty salon. The floor is dirty with hair and water. While they really try to be nice and attentive if a new customer comes in, they will switch you out of your appointment to make money. Very unprofessional. It is too bad because they can do nails but in terms of customer service money is more important not you. read more

Went in few weeks ago to get a Pedicure done, Mary was amazingly helpful she was able to fit me into their busy schedule pretty quickly and gave me a really good deal! Richard was the tech that did my pedicure and he did an excellent job! It was very relaxing and therapeutic and didn't take too long. Great customer service from Mary, Bree and Ivy. My Gel-X manicure from Bree was exceptionally done and the gel pedicure from Ivy was cleanly applied, no bubbles and matched the cat eye nail polish. The salon has great ambiance and is in a nice area too! read more

This place is beautiful inside (5 stars for looks) and very close to my house so I have gone here for the past 6/7 months. However, the staff never remembers me and always asks me if it's my first time there even though I've had the same person do my nails on multiple occasions. I realize it's covid and we all wear masks but there comes a time where you would hope they would start to remember you and make you feel welcome. I always cut my own toenails before getting a pedicure because I feel better about doing this myself and usually they ask me if I want them only filed because it's apparent that they do not need cutting. However, this time my girl took initiative without asking and decided to cut my left toenail that was already very short and made me bleed from cutting it WAY too low so now not only is one toenail way longer than the other but my toe is very sore and the skin that's normally under the nail is exposed and it hurts to wear closed toe shoes. The skin has a splinter like cut now that catches on my bed sheets at night and irritates it even more... definitely not fun. I tipped over 20% even though I received a toe wound and they acted like I should've tipped more money. I'm over this place and am going to start going somewhere to else. read more

She always exceeds my expectations and makes my feet feel baby soft and beautiful!! She does "dip gel" manicures too! I love it bc my nails take a beating at work and at home. I arrived only about three minutes late, yet I ended up waiting nearly an hour before anyone started my service. Once I was finally attended to, I was immediately handed the color book and rushed to choose a color, making the entire experience feel stressful instead of relaxing. The service itself felt rushed from beginning to end, and unfortunately, the quality reflected that. I was charged $108, wasn't given a receipt, and left wondering what I had actually paid for. The final result did not meet my expectations. I understand that businesses get busy and that employees have schedules to keep. However, if there isn't enough time to provide proper service, it's better to be honest and say there is no availability rather than have a customer come in, wait for nearly an hour, and then feel pressured through the appointment. A trip to the nail salon should leave you feeling relaxed and happy. Instead, I left feeling stressed, rushed, and disappointed. Between the lack of communication, feeling pressured throughout the appointment, the poor-quality service, and the price, this was an experience I won't be repeating. Thank you anyway.

From the moment I sat down I was shown a book to pick out the color I want instead of having to choose one from the shelf of all the polishes. I only saw one sparkle color, so I asked if they had anymore glitters, and they did! I chose pink sparkle to match my purse and outfits I have been wearing lately. The whole process was so easy and quick, and the lady who did my nails was so nice. Towards the end of my appointment to my surprise, an employee from the coffee/ juice place next door came in and said they had extra drinks so I also got a free coffee! I paid first and tipped first before I got my nails done so that I didn't have to touch anything after and risk messing up the polish, but the gel dried so quickly I don't even think it was necessary to do that!

At my first appointment, I showed a reference photo of exactly what I wanted. The technician never asked me what shape or length I wanted, and I ended up with nails that were completely different from the reference photo. I brought up my concerns that same day, but I was told the manager wasn't there and that there was nothing the staff could do at the time. The next time I came in, I explained everything to the manager. She told me they would correct my nails and make sure I was happy, so I agreed to have them redone. Based on that conversation, I believed they were going to make the situation right. Had I been told beforehand that there would be no adjustment whatsoever for correcting the previous service, I would have simply gone somewhere else. After my nails were redone, no price adjustment was made. On top of that, I noticed I was being overcharged by an additional $10 based on the price of the services I received. When I tried to address everything with the manager, she told me I should have complained on the day of my original appointment and that there was nothing she could do. I explained that I did complain that day, but her employees told me the manager wasn't there. At that point, I stopped disputing the original service and tried to explain that I would pay what they were asking, but that the bill for this visit was still $10 higher than it should have been. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a significant communication disconnect, and I ultimately paid the amount they requested and left. What bothers me most isn't simply that I didn't like my original nails. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen. It's how the situation was handled afterward. I brought up the problem immediately, returned after being told they would correct it and make me happy, and then was later told I should have said something on the original day when I had already done exactly that. I would have appreciated clear communication from the beginning. If I had known that their idea of "fixing" the situation meant I would still be responsible for the full cost with no adjustment, I would have taken my business elsewhere. The additional $10 overcharge on the second visit only made an already frustrating experience worse.

I've been going to Annie at Ritz Nails for over 12 years, and there is truly no one else I would trust with my nails. At this point, I can show her literally any photo, design, color, or random idea I find online, and she brings it to life perfectly every single time. Honestly, sometimes hers turns out even better than the inspiration picture! Annie is constantly investing in new materials, polishes, colors, techniques, and everything her clients could possibly want. She always makes sure she has the newest options available, and her attention to detail is unmatched. She takes her time, listens to exactly what you want, and makes sure you leave completely happy. She is incredibly talented, creative, professional, reliable, and somehow still very affordable for the quality of her work. In my opinion, she is hands down the best nail designer at the salon. My nails always get compliments, and Annie is the reason why. If you're going to Ritz Nails and you're not booking with Annie, you are seriously missing out. I recommend her 1,000%. I had such a great experience at Ritz Nail Salon! Mary at the front desk (the manager) was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect color swatch and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and fun from the moment I walked in. I made an appointment with Bee for a Gel X set, and she absolutely nailed it. I showed her a few photo references, and she was able to replicate the design perfectly. honestly, she made it look even better with her own adjustments and attention to detail. Her work is super detailed, clean, and exactly what I wanted. It's been two weeks now with no lifting or breakage at all, which really shows the quality of her work. Bee is so easy to work with, talented, and really listens to what you want. Both Mary and Bee were bubbly, fun, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I've been going to Annie at Ritz Nails for about two years now, and she is truly the best! Not only is she incredibly talented, but she's also super fast and always gets my nails looking flawless--especially when I bring in inspo photos or new ideas. This is my favorite salon and the only place I will go for my nails. Emily is the best! She is always friendly, attentive, and does great work! She respects my time and works fast, and the quality of her work is so good that my nails always come out looking perfect and just the way I want them. place is a joke. $45 fill that lasts 5 days. emily used to do my nails and then i switched to annie. both terrible! my nails break within 4-5 days. i go back and they don't even try to fix it, annie just puts glue and presses it and thinks that would fix it??? obviously it won't?? it broke again within an hour. stay clear of this salon! oh and they use cheap polish, my pedicure chipped within a day.. update; they refused me service! said i'd give them another chance but they didn't accept me horrible '!!! read more

Not recommended. I could've done a better job. Tools not disinfected. Great massage chair.. Excellent, in fact... but not cleaned. Manicurist.. Garlic Breath & COUGHING on me the entire time. The service itself felt rushed from beginning to end, and unfortunately, the quality reflected that. I was charged $108, wasn't given a receipt, and left wondering what I had actually paid for. The final result did not meet my expectations. I understand that businesses get busy and that employees have schedules to keep. However, if there isn't enough time to provide proper service, it's better to be honest and say there is no availability rather than have a customer come in, wait for nearly an hour, and then feel pressured through the appointment. A trip to the nail salon should leave you feeling relaxed and happy. Instead, I left feeling stressed, rushed, and disappointed. Between the lack of communication, feeling pressured throughout the appointment, the poor-quality service, and the price, this was an experience I won't be repeating. Thank you anyway.
