The room was very clean and she played some great music. I got my underarms, nape of neck and sideburns sugared. Everything was pretty easy to get through but this was the first time getting the nape of neck done. It hurt a little more than I anticipated, but reasonably so as it's course hair in a delicate area. Kat did a great job at getting all 3 services done quickly. She laughed with me through the pain of the nape sugaring which is truly what made it easier to handle. By the time we were done, she had put so much attention to detail and left my areas so smooth. I knew right away it was the place for me. It was many weeks before I was able to make an appointment as my calendar limited. Doing her homework to assure her success and her clients satisfaction. She proceeded to suggest a style and shape and drew it on my brows to show me what it would look like. But because they're my brows and I explained in detail what I wanted, she went with my request.
