I walked in and requested if I could get a pedicure and the lady was very dismissive saying they didn't have time until 2 o'clock. Which is understandable so I then proceeded to ask if she would be able to fix a gel x nail that had broken of mine. She RUDELY said NO. So glad I chose Abeille to get my nails done! Booking was super easy online and I was able to get a slot same day (on a Saturday!) The nail tech was able to delivery the precise look I was going for and i'm beyond happy. The only thing that would bring me up to a full 5 stars is that I feel the shape of the nail could be a a little better from a side perspective. She accomplished a perfect rounded shape but the nail beds look a little flat from the side. Really nice & clean studio. There's parking in the back and on street. I loved their color options, some / most I've never seen at other nail shops. I really liked that they took their time and did not rush my manicure. She was very meticulous about the shape and that all my nails were uniform. I feel like that's a lost art as most nail salons are trying to get You in and out as fast as possible. update as of 1/17/26: i still enjoyed my experience at the spa but ive been dealing with the worst toe pain due to how my ingrown toenails were cut :( i had slight pain because i had a bit of ingrown but only on one side. i think that when cutting them out, it was a bit too aggressive especially because one toe needed to be cut short because of a little crack. too aggressive as in cut each big toe on both sides down to the base of nail. it kind of hurt in the moment when pulling the side down to the base. when i left, i thought the toenails looked a little square but didn't think of it. it has been three days of intense pain like can't wear shoes pain because the cut was too straight and short that it has been digging into my skin. i tried to soften the shape a little but still ridiculous pain. lastly, the color was sheer and needed three layers but once i left and looked in better light, it wasn't as even... read more

I won't be returning to this salon and I wouldn't recommend it to my friends. The service was fine but I did get cut on my thumb and I think the outcome quality is really low. I got a "gel in a bottle" re-fill on my nails (that were done immaculately from another salon), and milky white gel paint. It took 50 minutes and cost $50. Done by Annie. I decided to try this salon for the first time bc I was getting Instagram ads for it and all the reviews and photos seemed good. I was also drawn in by the story of the friends all working there together. However I was very disappointed with the quality of my nails. And overall I just felt like the vibes were off. My nails look lumpy and flat instead of the nice round dome shape they should have. Annie did ask me during my appointment if the shape was ok, but it's hard to tell when you're sitting there. I went here for a solid 6months when anticipating an engagement, and every time I visited, I was welcomed with warmth and a clean salon :) I've tried multiple folks: Annie, Vi, and Taylor (Thu) - all were extremely gentle, diligent, and kind. I'm pretty picky about where I get my nails done, and they have NEVER burnt me with their nail file/drill or made me bleed! They are extremely gentle, and I started off with Gel X before my nails were long enough to maintain Gel BIAB. My nails were able to really grow until they were healthy & looked like extensions themselves! They are pros and not once did my gel lift, even 3-4 weeks in they would still look solid AND hair would not get caught. (iykyk) Loved that they were able to help me get my hands pretty & my nail care :) Lots of options here, and my favorite - the pedicure seats AND tables all have MagSafe chargers available for your use! Parking in the lot closest to the gas station is easiest. So happy to have found this staple. read more

I did appreciate that, and though I would not be back given this initial encounter, I do think their nails were well done. Ask costs before any service is provided. I tipped on top of the design + nail removal initially, so not bothered by additional costs or trying to be cheap- but thrown off by their standard process that I hadn't experience at the dozens of other salons I've been to before. After reading the salon's response, I've lowered my rating from 3 stars to 1. While I appreciate that they replied, blaming 'dirt' and daily activities instead of acknowledging product/application issues was disappointing for a set that's supposed to last 2-3 weeks. Gems that were gold shouldn't turn green within a week, and gel shouldn't pick up stains if the quality and sealing are right. For the price, I expected better durability and accountability. Nails were done on the 24th, color fading on the gems started by the 26th, and staining on their 3D product started as soon as the 28th (if not sooner). Screenshots with dates attached. read more

The reason for the low stars is due to my pedicure! This was my first time here and I got the basic pedi. The tech who did my pedi went really deep and it was hurting while she was tweezing/picking at my big toe. I ended up bleeding and it stung when she applied alcohol. I was hoping it would feel better today but it is worse and is still bleeding. I wore tennis shoes today and I could not walk comfortably. I paid $95 plus tip for my manicure and pedicure which feels like a lot to be leaving with a bleeding toe nail. Im going on vacation and now im scared it will get infected from having an open cut... I've been a reoccurring customer for a couple of months no complaints until most recently. Shortly after getting a pedicure done I felt a throbbing pain on 2 of my toes on my right foot. Hours later both toes were red and felt tender. 1-2 days later pain got worse and when I cleaned my toe nails with an alcohol wipe I noticed puss coming out from my toe nail. Assuming that the instruments used were not clean. It's an extreme health hazard to not use clean instruments. Unfortunately us customers have to deal with the repercussions. I'm hoping they will be considerate to all future customers and prioritize cleaning a little better. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this salon nor referring anyone. read more
