What happens when you speak up?! This. Your health and salon cleanliness should be a top priority. Based on my recent experience, I would not recommend this salon. The manager should be ashamed. I'm upset to write this after being a loyal client for two years. During my most recent appointment, I asked the manager about the design pricing and raised concerns about cleanliness. The nail file used on me did not appear to be new, and I noticed debris and residue on the drill bits. When I asked about their sanitation practices, I felt my questions were met with defensiveness rather than clear answers. I paid for the service and even tipped my regular nail tech extra. Later, management told me I was no longer welcome back. (Management took zero accountability and said that this was a decision based upon my nail tech who I considered a friend and was even going to do my wedding nails..) I'm disappointed that raising concerns about something as important as hygiene ended my relationship with a salon I had supported for so long. I encourage prospective clients to look closely at whether fresh nail files and clean drill bits are being used and to ask questions if anything concerns them. This should have been a concern to fix not ban a client over.. very strange and unprofessional. read more

I had my nails done by new B sometime this week about five days ago maybe six I wasn't able to come back until 3-4 days later to get them fixed... Well, I forgot to mention that they had actually cut my toenail in the way that was going into my skin. All they have to do is clip it. It's not ingrown and she refuses to do that Valerie the owner. She was doing everything possible to go around it and then once we exchanged some words and I expressed how unhappy I was, she said she wasn't going to help me because of that. She first called me a liar indirectly, and then she said that she would not fix it that I need to go to the doctor. I'll be going to the doctor and then if there's anything wrong with my toenail like she said there supposedly was I'll be updating here with the doctors note. It's becoming more difficult to find a place that you can get a quality manicure done. This was my first and last time here. Though staff were friendly, the quality was horrible. Firstly, my nails were short but she filed them down so short and uneven, she didn't clean up my cuticles thoroughly, the polish looks horrible (you can see streak marks), and to top it off their prices are so expensive- and they expect a tip on top of this? I only came here because my typical nail spot is closed for renovations, but I definitely won't be back. read more

I grew out my nails this last month and asked her to keep long and she cut them so short and made one of my nails bleed she filed too short on the skin.. I asked just for one add on of extra 5 min foot massage and charged me another $15 for literally 5 mins... It was $100 for a simple gel mani/pedi and cuts off all the nails when asked to keep long. I wish when you spend that much money that the nail tech listens to what you want. The only good thing was the front desk lady who seemed like the manager was on top of everything making sure everyone got in and she asked me at the end how it was and I had to say fine because my nail tech lady was standing right there and I didn't want to be rude, but I'm really not happy to spend $100 and have my nails completely cut off. read more

I honestly love this place. I moved to OC recently and have tried many nails salons and one of my friends recommended this place. It is now the only place I will go. The main reason why I like it is they are consistent no matter which tech you get (my favorite is Tee though). They are quick but accurate at the same time which is amazing. There are lots of available tables and pedicure chairs available. It costs $50-70 for a new hard gel set $50 for a fill and $15 to soak off a set and that's all I've gotten so far. I also love that they always have the cooking channels on its fun entertainment! The one negative thing I would say is when you call and right when you get in they are so rushed it almost seems rude, but I think they are just trying to get in as many people as they can. read more

Haley was successful and pleasant the first time I came. However the second time I tried booking with Haley, the scheduler suggested I come in at 6:30, the latest time they can book since it closes at 7, so that Haley can take her time. But instead she kept tapping her pen while I looked for the colors I wanted, was in such a hurry, only one coat was applied for each nail. You can see through them. A week and 2 days later one of my nails was visibly broken compared to the others. My nails have never broken this quickly before, nothing I do during my daily routine justifies for it to happen. So this is clearly the result of a rushed/not well done work. I called the salon and sent pictures and she said seeing it in person would determine if it's a free fix or would charge . I don't agree on driving over there and paying for the errors of the nail tech. They were already over priced. And unfortunately now I see that they don't care about their clients. I was a walk-in wanting a toes color change. My REGULAR shop, PINK ANGELS asked me to "come back" even though I was there when it opened, 3 ladies doing nothing, and no customers. I visited this nail salon first time and had the artist jordan. The shape was okay on my left hand but for my right I needed tips as I had broke a nail. The shape for the tips did not match my own nail was more pointy than oval. Lastly these nails cost 70$ hard gel and it doesn't include a cuticle cleaning. I just found Forever Nails a few months ago. The best management of customer service and coordination by Tiffany, who makes booking appointments so easy and pleasant. I adore Forever Nails! The spot is the most, relaxing, enjoyable, vibey spot I know of in Southern California. The service is absolutely top-notch, and the staff is friendly and talkative if you want to. I love sitting at the spa chairs, getting my feet and hands done at the same time, which saves me time and is super relaxing. I always feel like a queen when I'm there! Across the store are big screen TVs on both sides, showing food channels and house improvement channels--my fave! Whenever I am in town, I make an appoint here to get a mani-pedi. My daughter has been to this salon previously with no problem. She went in yesterday to get her nails and a pedicure. There were several issues. First, the final bill was significantly higher than for previous visits, during which she had similar services performed. To make matters worse mail bed for her French manicure was ORANGE! Nowhere near her normal skin tone. Also, many of the nails were not properly shaped and had rough/sharp spots that she had to file when she got home. This is a hard review to write. I've been a loyal customer since 2021 and would drive 20 minutes to see my nail girls. My go-to girl was Vivian for pedicures. She was amazing! She took her time, really made sure you were happy with the treatment, and made you feel comfortable. Out of nowhere, I was told she went to Vietnam. Later, I found out she quit due to the conditions of the salon. I ended up going to another girl, who did poor quality pedicures. I decided to keep going anyway, since my same nail girl did amazing too! until she got up and left as well. All of a sudden, booking became problematic as techs were "unavailable" or "mistakes were made" with appointment times since the old receptionist left too. All the good nail techs and staff are leaving and it's sad. I don't know what's happening, but management needs to figure it out. read more
