There were so many gel colors to choose from, and I also added a simple nail design. Before tip, my total came to $77, which I thought was reasonable for everything I got. The salon was very clean with a relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciated being offered a drink when I arrived (I went with water). I've been a patron for 18 years and have weathered all the management and name changes. This is by far the worst. The short, young guy at the front is rude. You could see his disappointment when I just wanted a basic pedicure. We asked for change and he said just give the nail tech that bill. Yes, I know but I wanted to add more 1's to it. I always ask for Tiffany to do my manicure because she shapes my nails perfectly every single time, which is super important to me. I'm going to be completely honest because after spending $230 here, I expected a MUCH better experience. The first time I got my nails done, they were beautiful. I genuinely loved the design when I first left, and I even tipped $30 because I thought the service was worth it. Unfortunately, by the VERY NEXT DAY, I started having problems. The design was already chipping and coming off, the beads/details were falling off, and one of my nails broke. There was also no clear coat properly applied to seal and protect the design. For $230, I expected my nails to last more than ONE DAY. I also want to mention that I get my nails done very often and I'm studying cosmetology, so I'm familiar with proper nail preparation, application, sealing, and finishing. I'm not someone who doesn't know what they're looking at or who is complaining over something minor. I contacted the salon and was told to come back to have them fixed. The first time I went back, Amy was the technician who worked on my nails. While she was fixing them, whenever I tried to look at my nails, she would immediately tell me to "give me your hand" before I could even properly see what she was doing. That made me uncomfortable because I wanted to be able to see the work being done, especially since I was already there because of a problem. She only fixed one thumb and applied clear coat to one hand. The clear coat was also applied poorly. Instead of being laid on smoothly, it looked smeared and left streaks across the nail. The whole repair felt rushed and half-assed. When I left, my nails STILL weren't properly fixed. I could see more black than chrome because the chrome was coming off, and the beads/details continued falling off. I then DM'd the owner/account explaining everything and was told to come back again. So I did. When I came in the SECOND time, Amy saw me, gave me an obvious attitude, and immediately walked away. I can't tell you what she was thinking, but her body language made it very clear that she seemed bothered that I was back. Then everyone in the salon was staring at me and talking amongst themselves. Nobody greeted me, nobody smiled, and I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience instead of a customer who was simply asking for a service she paid for to be corrected. They were also trying to figure out who was supposed to do my nails, even though I had already been told that a technician had been found. At that point, I was so uncomfortable that I simply walked out. What bothers me most is how completely the attitude changed once I spoke up. I've been to this salon before and the staff had always been nice to me when I was just coming in, getting my nails done, and saying nothing. But as soon as I had a legitimate concern and spoke up about the quality of my service, everything changed. The problems started THE DAY AFTER my original appointment and still haven't been properly resolved. Now the beads are falling off, the chrome is coming off, the design looks horrible, and the clear coat that was supposed to protect everything left streaks on my nails. Mistakes happen. I understand that. But how you handle a mistake says a lot about a business. I should not have been made to feel judged, uncomfortable, or unwanted for asking for a $230 service to be done correctly. I paid a lot of money expecting my nails to look good AND last. Unfortunately, the quality didn't even last one day, the attempted repair didn't properly fix the problem, and the customer service afterward completely changed my opinion of this salon. Beautiful when I first left, but unfortunately I won't be returning. read more

Writing a negative review honestly is something I don't do often, but I really had the worst experience here. I came in on Saturday and paid $150 for a full Gel X set and a pedicure. By Monday, not even 48 hours later, my nails were already chipping, lifting, and falling off. (Look at the pictures!!) Gel X is supposed to last weeks and they lasted less than two days. When I returned to address it, the manager was absent and I was handed a phone number to call, she ignored my call and texted me "can I call you later" like that was a reasonable response to an unhappy customer... We went back and forth for a few hours, and on the phone she kept trying to gaslight me that this "never happens," and they "need to talk to the nail tech because this never ever happens." So she obviously didn't believe me and the pictures I sent her. Then being lowballed with a $50 refund on a $75 service that they themselves confirmed cost $75. She had the nerve to call the $50 a "one-time courtesy" and a "final resolution." A courtesy would have been a full refund issued when I went back in person to show them my nails. Instead I had to argue for a few hours just to get a partial one. I'll add a note in response to the owner below - she never disclosed the partial amount, as we discussed on the phone that I did not want a refund on the pedicure portion, but I do want full refund on the gel x portion and she said "yes I understand". Also their "policy" of only partial refund for dissatisfied customers and poor service is not disclosed anywhere. Sounds like it's a made up policy to scam their customers. They did offer to fix my nails at no cost, as if I would want to waste my time and trust them to do my nails again. Lol. This place does not do quality work, is expensive, does not know how to handle a dissatisfied customer, and clearly prioritizes avoiding accountability over doing right by the people spending their money here. The way this entire situation was handled was so unprofessional and honestly really insulting. Truly, save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more
