The one thing I liked about choosing my pedicure as they did make me aware of the prices before I fully agreed. They charge $12 more for gel and an extra $8 for French manicure. Today I had the best experience ever! I came in to get black ombré nails and wasn't sure if I needed a new set or not. I was in the best hands though Holly immediately let me know based on the condition of my nails I would need a new set to get the picture I brought in and she didn't have enough time to do what wanted so we set up an appointment for 3pm. I was a little early but she saw me right away being she had finished up with the person before me early. I was so excited for the dip process being it was my first time and she answered the questions I had and did the most beautiful job. Came in arnd 5:15pm on a Tues. It was completely empty so I'm not sure if the woman normally takes her time for gel removal but I think she did a great job at not harming my natural nail bed. She rewrapped my nails if the gel polish was not flaking off, as opposed to other places that just rip your nail bed to shreds. After removal she buffed my nails and applied cuticle oil. I will say that when she thought other customers were coming in, she picked up the pace on my nail buffing, but all in all I appreciated the patience she displayed while removing my gel polish. read more

I've gotten my nails done here 3 times now I believe. They've always done a great job on my nails. 4 stars for the higher pricing & for the fact that I went with some of my bridesmaids last year to get our nails done before the bridal shower & they took forever to seat us all, with a reservation. I was done with my nails by the time one of my friends was getting hers started. Also when they are busy/understaffed they will (or at least used to) take more than one customer at a time, making the whole thing take longer than it should. At the same time, the last time I went I had an appointment & they were able to see me a bit before since I arrived earlier than expected. As of August 2019 a regular gel mani is $27 & a gel mani with French tips is $32. Overall good experience & would come back again. read more

I was helped almost immediately. Nail techs were very nice and took direction really well. It's rare to find a good salon that really carefully listens to what their customers want and executes them precisely. Ombré nails cost an extra $8 on top of whatever kind of manicure you're getting. NOPE I went here on a Wednesday afternoon during my lunch hour to get my nails done before a trip, and I am certain that it will be my deepest regret on my death bed (which may be soon, because of the nail infection they gave me)! The lady who did my nails was amazingly rough while trimming the skin around my nail beds. She also would scrape the skin around my nails WITH ALL THE FORCE OF THOR with her OWN DISGUSTING THUMBNAILS rather than using tools. I yelped and jerked away from her a couple of times, and she just smiled and kept forcing bamboo shoots up my nails, like its just another day at Guantanamo. In reality, it's my fault for being shy and not making her stop, but of course, I didn't want to be rude. Biggest mistake of my life. Today, three days later, I am treated to a hot, red, swollen, and painful finger. Luckily, it is my middle finger, so I can easily show this salon how I feel about them. I went to Classy Nail Resort after being recommended of it by a coworker. I went during my lunch, however I called before to make sure that itwasnt too busy and I made it understood that I had only an hour. The very nice woman who answered just asked, " what would you like, honey? " And when I told her that I wanted a gel manicure, she told me to come now. When I got there, only two women were getting their pedicures. I was greeted by the woman who answered the phone, Im sure, and I waited no more than 5 mins to be seated. Holly was the very friendly and amazing woman that did my pedicure. I actually wanted a classy pedicure only but I think she upgraded me to the next one, which is Deluxe Pedicure.. or something to that effect. This pedicure was actually a pretty big deal for me, because I typically [and enjoy] doing my own toes. But this was a first professional pedicure I got and went to on my own. I hike and run, and also do extreme sports like kickboxing, that I find it unnecessary for me to pay a lot of money to get my toenails done. Anyway, I felt so inclined to and thats why I ended up there. Anyway, I dont know how I was upgraded and I also ended up paying for that upgradd, but I think that because it was my first time and I enjoyed it so much, I didnt mind it so much. The atmosphere is light, the interior design is coming together but looks enough, minimalistically speaking. And more, it is clean and their equipment are well kept and new. Finally, I touched base on it already with Holly, but she and the woman there are so friendly and have such great customer service. Even though their English is limited, they make the effort to make you feel that you are important and that their focus is on making your experience satisfying.
