Hannah was meticulous, gentle, and clearly very skilled. She always checked in to see if I was in any pain. The front desk staff was also incredibly accommodating, making sure I was comfortable throughout and even adjusting my arm positioning on the cushions. On top of that, their pricing is much more reasonable compared to other salons in OC. I am so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back.

Manicure - I ended up getting a pink jelly gel nail and am really happy with the results! I showed a reference photo and the nail tech was able to help me pick out a color. Pedicure - For my pedicure I had a mixed experience. I wanted to go with a pink polish on my toes, however, I was asked if I wanted gel instead of polish 3 separate times because "polish will chip in 2 days". She also asked me which color I wanted on my toes 3 separate times even though I had picked my color already, and then ended up selecting a color for me. I'm happy with the overall results of the pedicure but the process itself was a bit stressful. Payment - I paid with card and tipped cash and was told "next time pay with cash". Overall, I was happy with the end results and the speed and availability, but there are some things service-wise that could be improved upon.

Firstly, my nails were short but she filed them down so short and uneven, she didn't clean up my cuticles thoroughly, the polish looks horrible (you can see streak marks), and to top it off their prices are so expensive- and they expect a tip on top of this? I only came here because my typical nail spot is closed for renovations, but I definitely won't be back.

The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I shouldn't have to be put in the position to tell you the quality is lacking when it's your specialty. So I left with well it just is what it is nails. Completely disappointed lowered it to one star because there's nothing like getting a set of nails done that looks like you already need another fill
