Hannah was meticulous, gentle, and clearly very skilled. She always checked in to see if I was in any pain. The front desk staff was also incredibly accommodating, making sure I was comfortable throughout and even adjusting my arm positioning on the cushions. On top of that, their pricing is much more reasonable compared to other salons in OC. I am so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back.

Manicure - I ended up getting a pink jelly gel nail and am really happy with the results! I showed a reference photo and the nail tech was able to help me pick out a color. Pedicure - For my pedicure I had a mixed experience. I wanted to go with a pink polish on my toes, however, I was asked if I wanted gel instead of polish 3 separate times because "polish will chip in 2 days". She also asked me which color I wanted on my toes 3 separate times even though I had picked my color already, and then ended up selecting a color for me. I'm happy with the overall results of the pedicure but the process itself was a bit stressful. Payment - I paid with card and tipped cash and was told "next time pay with cash". Overall, I was happy with the end results and the speed and availability, but there are some things service-wise that could be improved upon.

The time before when we were there, my massage was supposed to be 15 minutes and it was only 11. I didn't say anything, but I feel like I should have. I asked on the way out if they would do 50% off or anything since it was there error and she said no. Just disappointed, this was our go to place but if you can't acknowledge a mistake, it's not worth my time. For the future, customer service goes a long way this could have been resolved instead of a bad post.
