I've given this location a few tries, but I will not be coming back. In the photos is one example of the way my coffin shaped gel-x manicure came out. I've never had it look so thick, uneven, and messy at other locations. I went in that same week and a different person fixed it for me. This morning I tried to come in for a gel removal 0930 and the lady at the front desk with short hair told me "you know you need an appointment for gel removal, I have an appointment right now, come back at 2". Very rude, no customer service skills at all any time I've come in.

I have been coming to Pink Angel Nails & Spa for quite a while now, and I can honestly say it just keeps getting better. I actually work across the street but live about 20 minutes away (on a good traffic day!), and this salon is absolutely worth it every single time. Over the years, I've seen the space go through two or three major transformations, and each one has been amazing. The atmosphere is always clean, modern, and welcoming. The service here is truly exceptional. Every visit, I'm greeted with kindness and treated so well by the staff. Their pedicure options range from a basic pedicure to an ultra-luxurious gold pedicure, and I've been impressed every time no matter which one I choose. I really don't want to post this but my last trip here was not the best and I try to make sure I tip the techs pretty well even when I can't afford to do so, I'm just being honest. So it seems like last few times I've had my nails done here I needed a fill within days. And the older woman looking at me crazy the whole time I'm there like her stomach hurt was not cool. I'm not sure if it was the Botox or what but I use love going here, my last trip was the last chance to see if things would get better ‍ I'm not trying to come off rude nor disrespectful. I am a somewhat particular customer, and I truly appreciate the staff's attention to detail, the atmosphere of the salon (which was recently remodeled), and the quality of both my manicures and pedicures. I always get hard gel with David, and he takes great care to keep my natural nails healthy while still being up for the challenge of a new and interesting design...I never go plain! Great pedicure, would come back for that. I had them remove gel on my hands and keep my nails clean (no polish on after) and they made my nails very thin. I have pretty strong nails even with getting gel so I know it wasn't the gel itself, just the way they removed it. read more

I can't believe I haven't left a review before because this place is my absolute favorite!!! I've been going here for the past 2-3 years, and have never been disappointed. I almost always get a full gel x set by David, and my pedi from Kim, but honestly all of them are great. What I appreciate most, is how much they care about their customers. LOL got me sitting there talking about my family, friends, and work. Sometimes I fall asleep too because it's so relaxing. Their nail designs are truly art pieces and you can tell that they care about the finishing touches. Every time I show David an inspo pic design, I love that he'll modify the colors/shade of polishes to fit my skin tone and even custom the nail tips to suit my finger shape. I stopped by from out of town (I live 5 hours away) and I must say I will be visiting this shop every single time I travel to Orange County! I had a signature gel pedicure {with callous removal and a 7min massage} with acrylic added to my big toes. KIM did an absolutely amazing job and she was so sweet. She took her time and did not rush, addressed all of my concerns, fixed one of my broken acrylic toe nails, and was so detailed with every step. I only paid 60$ for a 90min detailed service! This is unheard of, BEST PRICES I've seen in Years. I came as a walk in appointment around 10am on a Friday and they took me right in with no Wait. This was my first time trying out this place after a friend recommended it. I got the Express Pedicure and added on a 15 minute massage. Jenny was my nail tech. She was very sweet and accommodating! She paid attention to detail, which is what I look for in a business. They offer 15% off for first time customers. They also have Happy Hour on Tuesdays from 9:30-1:00 and offer 30% off services. Super friendly and clean place with fair prices. Came in for the "Classic Pedicure" and am impressed by the thoroughness and quality. They use a variety of foot masks and scrubs, leaving my feet super soft. Good selection of colors for both regular and gel. Pedicure - For my pedicure I had a mixed experience. I wanted to go with a pink polish on my toes, however, I was asked if I wanted gel instead of polish 3 separate times because "polish will chip in 2 days". She also asked me which color I wanted on my toes 3 separate times even though I had picked my color already, and then ended up selecting a color for me. I'm happy with the overall results of the pedicure but the process itself was a bit stressful. Payment - I paid with card and tipped cash and was told "next time pay with cash". Overall, I was happy with the end results and the speed and availability, but there are some things service-wise that could be improved upon.

The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I shouldn't have to be put in the position to tell you the quality is lacking when it's your specialty. So I left with well it just is what it is nails. Completely disappointed lowered it to one star because there's nothing like getting a set of nails done that looks like you already need another fill

Wanted to try a new nail salon since my last salon's quality of service was going downhill. You know how scary it is to try a new salon, and I'm also a perfectionist so it's hard for me! I saw pictures on Yelp of David's work and it was so beautiful and consistent. His work gives me Chaun Legend vibes. It's exactly the modern style I was looking for. Boy he did not disappoint!! I like that he takes his time to double check his work, it makes you feel like your getting your nails done at home VIP service. And they look freaking amazing. You can tell he's a perfectionist too haha. This little gem is tucked in a corner, I think maybe new management because I was looking at their products and everything is new: all the gel colors are new, dip powders full, and instruments clean. sooooo happy with the service provided! I went in on Sunday after work for a full set and much needed pedicure. Both technicians were amazing! Constantly checking up on me to make sure I was comfortable. You can really tell they care about your experience! I even recommended my sister and just by looking at my nails, not even telling her my experience, she immediately let me know she is going to check them out! Super convenient location as well! I've been coming here for the past 2-3 years, and they never disappoint! Love the art, attention to detail, and service here. I almost always get my nails done by David, and what I appreciate the most, is how he'll take an inspo pic and personalizes the design to your style and skin tone. This place is amazing. Under new management and I have been coming here for about 20 years and this is probably the best rendition I have seen so far. Amazing atmosphere and super friendly. They even have a kids menu of services for those moms that want a spa day with the kids. Everyone is super friendly and sweet and very on point with their job. As a first time guest to this location I came in for a pedicure and Van was such of great help. She greeted me and made me feel welcomed and safe in her hands.
