Received a wonderful pedi with plenty of shaping, massage, and perfect polish. Next, needing a change from lifelong acrylics - the owner educated me about Gel-x and helped me make the informed decision to try it out .. I am so glad I did as they are very light and feels extremely natural. The application is less invasive and the end-product looks great. I also appreciated using the soak-off method to remove existing nails rather than ripping / tearing it off (ouch!). Highly recommend this salon! I went in for a mani and pedi. I can say it was a great service! The owner and staff were very friendly and gave very good advice when choosing which colors and designs to pick for my wedding. I asked a bunch of nail tech questions and they never made me feel silly for asking. The best part was when I was getting my pedi. The chairs have a built in tub where it fills and drains from there and the chairs have a very good massager. I laid back and just relaxed. When it was time to pay, they made it safe and easy. While getting the best quality service & one on one attention ever, I was introduced to Gel X! I guess it's one of the latest techniques and I've never heard of it before. Pre- Stay Home, I went to Goyo Nail lounge after not having my nails done for a while. I am pretty picky about who I go to and I moved recently and was getting desperate to find a new place that lived up to my standards. I walked in mid-day, mid-week, there was one other customer. I was greeted and helped right away. I had my manicure started by a nice lady whose name I don't recall. She was nice, gentle and did a good job. Then Bella came over and did my pedicure. She was awesome. She was friendly and made a nice amount of small talk - not too much, but just enough. She also coached me on how I should trim my nails and gave advice on how to deal with some ingrowns. I was so happy with her service. The shop was clean, there are two TVs and a huge assortment of nail polish colors!! Great experience! Sidenote: I was a little put off by the location, right by Nordstrom rack and DSW at Metro Point... but the parking was great, there is a struction by the movie theater on the opposite side of the Rack. read more

I came here last week and was seated almost immediately. Bella, the owner, did both my manicure and pedicure. I had two broken nails(my real nails) I was almost sure I would have to get the rest trimmed down to match my broken ones. Bella went ahead and repaired them both by creating a fake nail out of gel on each broken one! Very surprising since I've only seen this method on instagram. I wanted to get a certain design drawn on my nail and she let me know she would attempt the design but was honest and let me know she was not able to do it after her attempt. She brought me plenty of other design options such as a variety of rhinestones and stickers to choose from. Bella did an amazing job on my nails and was incredibly detailed! My friends and I went to get mani pedis for $39 (regular manicure) less than 24 hours ago. The costumer service was good and they did everything right to take care of our nails. It did hurt a bit when they were working on the cuticles but that's completely normal. I took 2 stars off because the manicure they put on us are already cracking and is starting to come off and we only got it done yesterday. They treat customers very well that I felt like a queen. Tons of colors, very cozy interior design, complimentary drink, and they do everything from dip powder to gel designs. Price is very reasonable compared to the service you're getting from them and they have a Happy Hours. They open 7 days a week which I love due to my not very flexible working hours. Their new spa chair uses individual liner and as far as I know that is very sanitary and clean. Perfect place for spa date with your besties or with tour spouse. I went out of my way to visit this salon for the first time. I booked one gel manicure through ClassPass. My appointment was at 5:30 but I wasn't seen until some time after 6:00 after repeatedly checking in with them while I was waiting. The woman complained about the nail polish I had on my nail while she was removing it. She complained that when people book through ClassPass, clients receive their services for half the price. Then, she let me know that even if I book an appointment through ClassPass they will give my appointment to a full-paying customer if they arrive before I do. I don't understand why the salon is on the app if they don't want ClassPass clients. I don't understand why they'd rather alienate people instead of just taking their business off the app. If you book through ClassPass, they do not want you in the salon. read more
