This is my go-to place for nails! They always do such an amazing job, and I honestly can't believe I never got around to leaving a review before now. The staff is always friendly, professional, and pays attention to every detail. My nails always come out looking perfect, and I leave happy every single time. I came here because they were listed on class pass and I needed to get rid of some credits. I had no idea what to expect, but right as Lan started to take my gel off (which does cost an extra charge fyi), she took her time and thoroughly cleaning my cuticles. She showed me my nail shape and I had no feedback as it was just what I wanted. I will say they do seem to up charge a bit, but from my experience I notice most salons do this as a new client and may be more willing to lessen this once you come more often. Total transparency... I spent 15 credits ($35) on the gel manicure, $6 on the gel removal (which other salons usually do on the house), $6 on refill for one nail that I had a tip on, and I upgraded to Cat Eye nail polish which was another ($15). In total I paid $62 and left her a $20 tip because I felt she did a really nice job and took over an hour of her time. Over all, I feel the price was worth it for what I got. read more

made an appointment with Tammy thru ClassPass. immediately was not impressed with the space and felt that it was very unkempt. was impressed that they make every client wash their hands before service. wasn't impressed with the mask wearing when i felt like people were coughing openly buttttt i didn't get sick, so maybe it was just a lingering cough when i was getting coughed on. i wasn't sure how to rate given everything but after waiting a week to see how the manicure held up, my gel manicure DID hold up. a little messy when i left but the gel fell off my skin fast enough. i did get a glitter gel polish so maybe those stick around nicer for longer but it looks good and isn't lifting early. sooooo all-in-all, i wouldn't go back based the unkempt look but if you don't care about looks, it's not the worst. read more

Great first experience! Called at 7:30 pm and they were able to take me for a late Monday night appointment. They didn't rush at all, and in fact, stayed past 10 pm! No no no. I should've known when I walked in that this wasn't going to be the most spectacular nail salon. Starting off, I had to find the gel colors myself and thankfully a nice customer getting her toes done already pointed to me where they were on a table. The color samples were in basket and there was so much crust on them that all the colors looked matte. There are small gnats flying around everyone in this salon. I killed at least ten of ten flying around my chair when I was there. I had existing gel that needed to be removed. She told me $6 extra for that. No worries because I saw that listed on classpass earlier. However, once she began, staff used the crustiest file bits from a tin that has clearly been used on PLENTY others before me. I'm going to go home right away to thoroughly clean my feet and hope I don't get any time of infection from the nasty tools here. The lady filed my skin around my toe nails multiple times with the drill bit. My skin around my toe nails were very apparently red after the filing & cuticle cut. Once she put alcohol on my toes I could feel all the micro cuts stinging. I had to sit through the rest of the appointment in silence, feeling itchy from all the gnats around I had to kill. The small bugs must be normal with the way the staff wasn't even flinching when one would fly in front of their faces. The polish I picked had some additive that made it so liquidy and it was dripping all over the towel, on her hands, on my skin. I kept hearing her whisper to herself that the "color was no good" but she never spoke up to ask me if I wanted to change the color. She would keep touching the gel after curing to check if it was done. Something is wrong with the gel polish. Application was so messy the lady said the color I picked was making her "tired" from the amount of clean up each toe was needing. She CURED improperly wiped up polish on my SKIN and then proceeded to try and SCRATCH it off with her nails. I'm sorry, what?? Then once she finished curing my top coat she went to file off loads of gel that made it onto my skin. Then she used acetone to off the gel that made it onto my skin where she couldn't file like down my big toe and the top of my ankles, this also amplified the sting from again, all the micro cuts on my skin from her original file. 5 minute foot massage w lotion at the end was the best part, but came with the growing anxiety of the quality of the job done. Actually so appalled by the lack of cleanliness here. read more

First off, I really want to acknowledge the attention to detail and diligence this crew has. This is one of the only nail salons in the area that closes at 9 and I happened to call around the right time without a wait. It seemed like after 7 pm there was a large amount of people coming in. I appreciated how the male answering the phone did not give false hope to people who were waiting (like it would take 30 min to wait rather than 10 min but really be like 30 minutes like other places I have been to in the past). I had Lan who was so sweet and attentive. I may have the best pedicure I've had in a long time with exfoliation, a clay mask, and a 15 min foot massage. I appreciated her openness and willingness to speak as I did not hear as much chatter from the other staff. I finally tried the Gel X nails, which is a good alternative to acrylic since my nails seemed brittle and unhealthy from previous having acrylic nails. Gel X gives the strength of the gel and length of the acrylics but does not cause damage to the natural nails. The only thing I would minus is the presentation of the place. It seems like a hole in the wall but their prices are high, which seems like a contradiction. read more

I tried this place on Sunday cuz I found they are open once I was checking the massage place next door ..., they sat me down at 7:30 pm , one person did my toe and after she finished somebody else came for my nails so I was out of there at 10:30 pm. when I first checked the price with the guy in front , he told me it's gonna be $67 for acrylic nail and nail polish on toe, at the end they charged me 95 dollars for acrylic nail refill (simple refill and color - no design ) and gel on toe! the lady who did my nails said : did you wanna your cuticles trimmed and I said yes , she said 5 dollars more (who charges for cuticles?!! Isn't it already included in manicure?) and I don't know how she calculated and ended up charging me $95 (plus tip I paid $110) for a service I usually pay around $60-70 ! And this is the end result (see the pic) , very unprofessional and thick nails , never recommend this place , over priced . read more

The WORST place ever. I tried to be careful about not getting overcharged, so I checked the price in advance. The owner is impatient (they don't list designed nail prices on the menu) after I asked whether there is a discount which usually other stores has. I chose the style, but he failed to do it. After I expressed that I was not satisfied, he threatened me to take off the nail polish, redo it and want to take photos without my permission because I wasn't aware of "hard gel" item. I walked in only for regular gel, but got over charged and super bad experiences. I should have read one star reviews before I went there. PLEASE DON'T try it or you will get the same unpleasant experience. I won't take off this review no matter how the owner make up reasons or threaten me. I left tips every time at 20% except this time. No additional explanation unless I get apologized. read more
