There is nothing negative to say about my first waxing experience with Jen. I scheduled a waxing appointment for brows, underarms, and a Brazilian and I was out of there in about 20 minutes. Jen is not only extremely talented in her craft but also the most pleasant person to interact with. If a person can make you laugh while ripping hairs off your body at the same time, never let them go. Now let's talk about what you really want to know - did it hurt? Because I have moved around a lot in the last 10 years of my life, I have been waxed by many different people. I can confidently say that my waxing experience with Jen was the least painful appointment I have ever had. She is quick and her wax formula is gentle. Came in a few months ago for my first time which when I booked, I let her know and she kept emphasizing how quick and easy it would be. Well... she WAS trying to be quick, but it was SUPER painful. I kept asking her to wait inbetween every few waxes because I needed a minute to just recover from the pain but she wasn't listening. she just kept going and going and going. Finally I told her to stop and she did... annd... then she just kept going. It felt ljke she was just squeezing me in and was trying to get me out of the door ASAP. It was pretty brutal. I had the best wax experience here! If you are looking to get waxed for the first time I would recommend Jenn! I am coming from out of town and needed to find a wax place asap- so I did by fair amount of Yelp research and this place seemed like a fit. Obviously I was a bit nervous because I've only have had one wax lady my entire life lol. BUT JENN DID WONDERS. I usually do full Brazilian and abdomen/back area and when I say there was little to no pain after my session GURL I MEAN IT. My waxer back home uses hard wax on me and Jenn used soft wax( this was my first time using soft) AND OMG I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO HARD WAX. With hard wax my skin usually is really red/throbbing after the session (I am very sensitive to pain) and I'm wobbling like a penguin!
