On the rare occasion I have to cancel or reschedule, it is easy to do that from the app as well, or just call and someone will change it quickly. Everywhere from reception to the individual rooms and restrooms are very clean, exactly what you want to see from a wax place. The quality truly makes a different for the overall experience - having a painless face wax, bikini or Brazilian makes a world of a difference for those sensitive areas. It hurt a little more than I anticipated, but reasonably so as it's course hair in a delicate area. Kat did a great job at getting all 3 services done quickly.
