I just got my nails done by Tammy at Glam Chateau, and I am obsessed! I got this set done specifically for my trip to Japan, and they turned out absolutely perfect -- even better than I imagined. Tammy paid such close attention to detail and made sure every nail looked flawless. The design is super chic and exactly the vibe I wanted for traveling. I decided to give this place a second chance and I regret it. I hate leaving bad Yelp reviews, especially for small businesses, but the more I look at these, the more upset I get. 1. I asked for either almond or round nails, whichever one would be easier for the tech to do. She struggled 3x before asking someone else to step in. When the other tech asked me what I wanted, I said round (at that point, round nails were probably easier) and then she started saying how I should've chose almond nails because they look nicer... like yes, that would be ideal if you were able to shape them. They still messed up and my nails are uneven. 2. Still on my manicure, the gel wasn't taken off properly. I had french gel on before and there were parts of the base color left on. The tech was saying how I should put on a normal nail polish color on to hide the "damage." At this point, I was just trying to leave since a mani/pedi with just a top coat was taking over an hour to be completed. 3. The tech who did my pedicure was saying how I should've done square nails instead of because they would've been easier for her... like lol? When I got to my car, I trimmed pieces of my cuticles that were left and peeled off a portion of leftover gel polish (even though I know how terrible that is for your natural nails) because it was getting on my nerves. 2 stars for parking not being impossible and they take Zelle. read more

Not my first time coming here so I was very disappointed that my gel x nails popped off the same day I got them done. I had to drive back the next day but ended up leaving and didn't want them to get fixed because first of all I payed $150 In total for them to not last one day. I ended up getting them fixed somewhere else so the other nails later that week popped off too. * They don't do refunds fine I won't be coming here again or recommending this nail salon at all. Horrible job read more

I used to be a regular pre-COVID, then went elsewhere for a bit. I returned last year and was bummed they no longer served wine even though masks came off. (Nails are my pampering self care time.) The cleanliness, good massage chairs, and excellent cuticle work, color choices are the same which is what really matters as I'm an old school plain mani/pedi gal. One *new* perk is their customer loyalty card. After my last experience here, I will be a regular again! read more

I have always down the road had issues trying to find a set nail salon but the past recent times I've come here they have been the best. My previous nail review with the chrome messed up nails I actually came here after for them to fix and the lady said that they shouldn't have left my nails like that. My sister's nails fell off after 3 days. She told me that the tech did not make sure that the UV lamp was working correctly when applying the GelX extensions. She did her nails on her own at home with nail glue, and they have stayed on better than the nails that the tech did for her. It feels like we wasted $75 on her nails. read more

I have no idea how this business could get 4.5 out of 5 stars review. Iwould gave 0 start if I could. Came here for the gel builder and color. The tech was so unprofessional while talking and applied the top coat on my nails way too much and it caused the polish overflow and burn my cuticle. After that, she kept talking while file my nails at the same time and it was hurt since my nails are very short. After came home about days 4 , my nails gel polish started to peeled off and all none of them stay on the day of 10. This is horrible I will never come back . Be careful when you decide to spend money here. read more

I walked in the past couple of times and have waited no longer than 10 minutes. Service is great, the workers are very nice and honest with what work they can do. I have never requested a complicated artwork but do often get a French nail. I prefer mine on the thinner side and they will do it very well. Their cuticle work is superb. That day I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure- it was done in under 1 hour! Over all work is amazing and affordable. I get my nails short due to the work I do- I'm sure they can do long nails. Long overdue but I've been coming here for years now, and I always make an appointment with Ivy for gel-x!! For gel-x, starting price is $55 and I don't think they charge additional for length. Ivy's the best, I've been to other nail salons before and was always left unsatisfied with my nails because they always looked bulky. She does a phenomenal job with shaping, and she always knows the right color! Ask for Ivy!!! read more

Let's just start by saying I RARELY get my nails done... I think I've only had two or three manicures in my entire life since my mom is a nail tech. However, I wanted to try gel x and walked into glam chateau without an appointment and was able to get a full manicure right away. The nail techs are super sweet and attentive. It was my first time doing gel x and the process took a little over an hour. If you don't have an appointment, I suggest going when they open as it gets crowded pretty fast! My nail tech Tina made sure I loved my nails. It was such an affordable service. Seriously didn't expect it to be this inexpensive since they spent over an hour on my nails. I left a big tip to show my appreciation. Will definitely go back when my nails grow out! read more

Been coming here for two yey every 2-3 months. I always get Pedi here, never manicure. It's $35 for the marvalous Pedi, but the don't do neck wrap and hot towel anymore. The marvalous Pedi only includes trim, shape, 10 minutes massage (this was nice), and polish. Maybe because of covid-19, so they can't do neck wrap and hot towel. But their price increased. read more

I'm very big on environment and atmosphere. This place provides just that! As someone who has always taken the "natural route" trying gel x was a big shift. No regrets! I was immediately greeted by Ivy and Yuen (pronounced win) and they made me feel so welcome! They answered and addressed all my concerns and made me feel super comfortable. The gel x manicure was definitely better than what I expected and the pedicure WITH the massage was excellent! Definitely recommend coming here for your next self care day! read more

Went for a mani/pedi with some friends. My pedi turned out good. My mani not so much. The technician ended up cutting me really bad that my finger was profusely bleeding and it wouldn't stop. The cut way too deep that I felt the pain during the cut. Didn't notice the bleeding until I looked down when the technician asked the others if they had something for my finger. They didn't even have a first aid kit. The technician continued to finish up w/my nails. I was like how is the polish going to stick when it was still bleeding. The worst part is that they still charged me full price, wth. My finger keep bleeding off and on for about a wk & a half and was tender to the touch the whole time. After w wks it's finally healing. Definitely wouldn't recommend this technician but never got her name read more

I've been going to Glam Chateau for over a year now but this is my first time getting Gel X and I freaking love it. Ivy nailed the shape and color I wanted. Really fun to talk to and super accommodating. She's super knowledgeable about diff nail applications and really worked towards achieving the style and length I wanted. Unfortunately had a bad experience here. I thought the reviews were good so I decided to give it a try. A bit of a wait which I didn't mind since it was a busy weekend, however, the lady who did my gel manicure made my nails completely uneven! She shaped them horribly and slanted. On top of all of that, she was so sick and definitely got me sick! My chair also did not have a massage unit. I will say that the lady who did my pedicure did a really good job. read more

Came back after over a year to see Ivy and she did not disappoint! She remembered me and we caught up again after not seeing each other during the entire COVID/quarantine period. They have screens up now and provide hand sanitizer before beginning their services. This place never misses! I've come here a few times now just because it's right by my house, but I think I found my new nail place. When I usually decide to try a new nail place it's always a hit or miss and I'm usually leaving a little disappointed, but not here!! Tammy always kills it on my nails! She has to be a perfectionist because I've never seen a more flawless technique than hers when I'm getting my tips done. She is also so sweet and patient (especially considering I wanted 10 different colors). Tisha did a really good job on my pedicure as well! This place is just okay. I went in with my two friends and we each had our own experiences. My experience - for my pedicure, she did it pretty fast and my gel polish looks stunning. I don't mind being time efficient but slow it down a bit because when she cleaned under my nails, it hurt a bit because she would go in deeper than where my nail bed started. I have a high pain tolerance so I only felt uncomfortable. But I'm still content with how my toes look. For the lady that did my manicure, all of my nails look great instead of one of my thumbs. She had to redo it 5 times and I felt my nails and cuticle become more sensitive as she redid it. I have pretty strong nails and the workers complimented my nails for it. It's the next day and that thumb is chipped now. Friend # 1 - she also felt discomfort when cleaning underneath her nails. But for her, she actually said ow out loud. Her gel is okay, just some nails doesn't look fully coated. Friend #2 - she got started on first but was last to finish. Her whole session took 2hour and 15 min. A gel mani and pedi should have not taken that long. She originally wanted a French tip pedicure but halfway done, the lady said she couldn't do it and insisted her to do regular gel polish. As for her manicure, it looks very thick and clumpy on the edges. I wish the ladies actually helped out each other when their peers were struggling. Overall they did not give any attitude and kept a positive attitude. But the work does not match its pricing. read more

Called in to ask about gel x removal. Was told it was going to be $10. Had my nails removed with no problems. The service went as expected. However, when I asked how much it was at the end, the girl who did my nail removal asked the other ladies in Vietnamese (I don't think they realized I speak/understand viet) how much she should charge me, $10 or $15. One of the other employees replied "just charge her $15. You can get a cup of che/dessert with the extra $5." Little did they know I planned to tip $5 anyway. She ended asking me for $15 and I had to tell her I was told $10 over the phone. I disdain businesses who try to cheat the customer. It's rude and not a good look. Will not be returning. read more

One star because they use legit Apres Gel X, and one star because they accommodated me coming in at closing. That's where the positives end for me unfortunately. The lady was nice enough to take me at 7pm, but seemed pissed that I was there. Like do you want the business or not?! She was filing my nails so aggressively that it burned at some points but I was too nervous to say anything. Her application just wasn't good. She used way too much glue as you can see by my photos - there should not be a ton of glue sticking out underneath when you apply gel X correctly, especially if you're using a less opaque color like I chose (OPI put it in neutral). 6 of 10 nails are already lifting near the cuticle and I've only had this set 2 weeks. This should not be happening, as gel X should last at least 3-4 weeks. I don't feel like she got a really secure adhesion of the nail tip to my natural nail, since some are lifting pretty bad. She tried her best with shaping but I had to go home and fix the shape myself because she clearly wanted to get done as quick as she could. My other nail girl's set lasted me 6 weeks with no lifting and beautiful grow out. Lesson learned: cheaper isn't better And it wasn't even that much cheaper $80 after tip for a pretty basic, short set. Stay clear of this place if you're looking for gel X, or maybe ask for a better tech! read more

She's the best for Tap nails! I actually never heard of Tap before until my friend told me about it. It's basically a combination of gelx and acrylic. Uses most of your natural nail as much as possible and if you need length then she'll add a tip. Once the tip is added then she'll adds the Tap, which comes from a tube and she spreads on the entirety of the nail and cure it. My nails definitely stronger from this style of nails. I came here almost every month testing out my wedding nails from the engagement to bachelorette to the big final day and even to my honeymoon. Time and time again she did such a wonderful job! It's amazing and definitely come try out TAP nails with Kim. I loved my pedicures here. They do both at the same time so it's super fast and efficient! All the ladies can do great pedicures. Can't go wrong with any of them. They're all so cute and make conversation! Loved this spot and all the ladies do great work! Just be careful of the parking lot. Youngins parking too close to your car while getting boba next door.

Visiting Tina is definitely one of the ways I rest, relax, and leave with a fresh, polished pedicure. I was looking for a new pedicurist so when I came across a flyer, I took it as a sign, naturally. I decided to give to reach out and Diamond Spa a go, and there is no other way else. I found my forever spot! Diamond Spa is a salon suite inside Phenix Salon Studios and gives a quiet and private experience. I never thought that I would prefer this, but it's so nice having the time and space to just yourself. Tina has a great set up. She a ton of different kinds of gel colors, a great massage chair, and a massive TV hooked up to Netflix. Her prices are also very reasonable compared to competitors. I also like that you can call her, message her via text or Yelp. Tina herself, provides great conversation, great quality service and super thorough work. She works out all my concerns and does such a detailed but gentle pedicure. I highly recommend her services!

Trinny did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. She took her time and was very detailed from cutting my nails to cleaning underneath the nails. She also made sure to ask questions along every part to made sure I liked my pedicure. The place is decorated very elegantly and nice. Staff were friendly! I got gel which is a $20 upgrade.

I got short almond deep French with a custom rhinestone design and micro French on my toes. All I had to do was show them a photo of the vision I was trying to create and they did just that! I'll be honest, when I go to a nail salon, I'm just there to make sure my nails are 100% perfect. Then I head to a massage spa after to relax. So I can't really comment on the pedicure/spa experience as I requested for a regular pedi with gel. But my micro French gel lasted through a crazy weekend in Vegas, wearing heels every day, so props to them for doing such a good job!!
