When I politely brought up a concern, instead of listening or offering a solution, I was met with rudeness and sarcasm. After my husband posted a review on Yelp expressing how unsatisfied we were with her services, the owner posted my review photo on her social media and insulting me publicly. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a business owner. There are so many better salons out there that actually value your time, money, and respect. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

Been with Tina since 2021 when she first started, I remember the first time I got my nails done was for my pre-wedding photoshoot in San Francisco and my wedding. Been with her for almost 4 years and she's great. She can do almost all the designs that I showed her. Also, the most important thing is that her price is perfect for teenagers and others who can afford it not too high or too low. Before I found Tina, I actually stopped getting my nails done. Because it was getting more and more expensive and my nails ALWAYS get lifted in less than two weeks! UNTIL I found Tina! She is an amazing artist. She pays great attentions to shape, cut my nail cuticles, and how much time the nails under the UV lights. She also uses a smaller hand light to make sure my gel nails are fully treated so they wouldn't lift. She also can free hand brush to deliver any designs you show her. Did I also mention her price is extremely reasonable especially compared to Irvine nail salons? I have been going for her for over 2 years now and she never disappointed me! She gets booked quickly, so you'll need to book at least one week in advance.

Tina is amazing at doing nails! She gets my intricate designs done in 1.5 hours, no exaggeration. I'd also like to note that I have pretty clammy hands and wash my hands often, but my nails always last 3-4 weeks without any nails or gems falling off. I've been going to Tina for maybe about a year now and she continues to grow her talents even more somehow :) I'd say her base pricing to her nails is very competitive/affordable compared to many other nail techs I've been to. I've been a long time customer for Timi Nails. You're really getting what you pay for: Tina is clean, detail-oriented and quite fast for the intricate designs she puts out. Her gel-x application is impeccable! My nails have NEVER lifted under Tina's care. I also find that her gel-x removal process is not as abrasive as other salons I have been to. She is extremely meticulous and doesn't waste a second of your appointment. I alternate between a simple nude nail to hand-painted designs by Tina. She shapes my nails perfectly every time. Things to note for first time customers: Tina is and speaks Vietnamese. If you do not speak Vietnamese, I recommend bringing a nail design photo as similar as possible to what you'd want. The more modifications you make, the trickier the communication can get. Tina takes cash. Based on my experiences with her, the price range is anywhere between $40-120. The range depends on if you're getting a fill or new set/removal, 3D bling, French, or intricate hand-painted design, etc. I highly recommend booking your next nail appointment at Timi Nails! Give it a shot! read more

Tina is the best when it comes to making any design come to life. My nails are always fabulous walking out of her shop and last for a good 4-6 weeks at a time. I love that she has her own shop now. Tina had an amazing eye for detail and was super intricate. You can tell she really knows what she's doing--her technique was on point. Diamond Spa is a salon suite inside Phenix Salon Studios and gives a quiet and private experience. If they knew they wouldn't be ready until after 6:00, I wish they had simply told me to come at 6 instead of asking me to arrive at 5:30 and wait over 35 minutes. I understand that salons can get busy, but clear communication and respecting customers' time go a long way.

I really wish I had taken a closer look -- after getting home and showering, I could see that there were patches with polish completely missing and polish still sitting on my cuticles. Lesson learned! I wouldn't rule this place out for a future visit, but I'd definitely be more attentive next time and speak up in the moment if something seems off.

They exfoliated my skin, did red light therapy, and several other treatments (I honestly had my eyes closed most of the time because I was so relaxed!). Nancy did an incredible job with the extractions and really took the time to remove a lot of my blackheads. My skin feels incredibly smooth, looks so much more even, and has such a healthy glow. But then I found Tammy she listened to all of my concerns from the style I was going for and retention concerns. She made my lashes so fluffy and full (my request) for the little lashes that I had. When Tammy started doing nails, I started going to her and she was always committed to growing out my nails and the health of my nails / nail beds. She never tried to upsell other services but always prioritize the health of my nails and making my feel confident with them! Which I appreciated, with Tammy I was able to get my nails the longest they have ever been. When I get my nails done by her they last for a month or even more if I want to push it. I've gone to other nail places and my nails either peel or break within a week which is disappointing and have not found anyone in OC as meticulous as her. I have also gone to Cassie on her team and she is just as great. They are both so sweet and listen to all of my concerns. I'm not a fan of crazy designs but whenever I have an idea on my nails Tammy and Cassie will give their suggestions and always nail it! (No pun intended) they have a crazy amount of color choices as well and travel out of the country to sources these products so you know it's quality products they use. If you can get on her schedule she is worth every penny, I am now able to push my nails 1x a month versus every 2-3 weeks because of the quality of her work. She's quite the drive from me but always worth it due to the quality and fair pricing. I was told that a fill vs fill set is only a 10-20 dollars difference, I asked for short almond nails would be $110-120 dollars I attached a picture of the service I ended up getting a little ways up the street at another nail salon for $50 dollars, I saved myself $70 dollars by leaving M nail lounge. I have been getting my nails done for years and I have never been quoted anything above 60 dollars for short solid color nails .

Making an appointment was very easy through Yelp. She responded right away and was able to fit me…read morein an early slot. After arriving, I was taken in on time which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the gel mani service was a disappointment. The cuticle care was probably the worst I've ever had. I typically don't mind if I bleed on one finger but she nicked me several times on the edges of 4 fingers despite telling her to not cut the edges too deep (refer to pictures). She then pour alcohol on it afterwards which stung badly. Communication was also difficult throughout the service. When she asked what shape I wanted, I said "oval" and she had to ask her coworker, who was working on a client, to translate. The coworker, I assume, was the manager because she told me that I should speak to her if I need to communicate anything and proceeded to say that she (my nail tech) didn't speak English. She also checked me out at the counter and gave me a 5% discount for the poor service. The total after discount was around $38. Original price for gel mani is $40. After reading all the raving reviews, I was looking forward to my service but I will not be coming again.

They were so patient, listened to exactly what I wanted, and paid so much attention to the little details. Ivy did my pedicure, and she was wonderful too!
