got a manicure & pedicure for $98 (removal + full set gel + french tip) honestly such a good price with attention to detail! they offer water, orange juice, & mimosas ! the space is super clean & seem like they clean & sanitize their tools between clients which i don't see often at other salons. the staff were very kind and did an amazing job. i'm kinda picky even with such a simple set but the shaping & filing was perfect. i didn't feel any burning sensation during the whole service. i got the mani and pedi at the same time which was super convenient but for my manicure i had to reach over to my right side with my left arm when my nail tech was working on it. after a while, my arm got tired :') so i should've asked them to move back and forth? but at the same time didn't want to be an inconvenience. definitely coming back for my maintenance appointments read more

Still my favorite place to get my nails done in the area. The parking is a bit difficult to find but it's behind the building. It is an unpaved gravel road so be forewarned. But once you walk in, you feel so welcomed. I can't get enough of the chic decor! After coming here for the past year, I highly recommend Kim, Nga, and Cindy. They are so meticulous with the shaping and cuticle work. Their nail art skills are incredible! I've received so many compliments on my nails. I always leave feeling refreshed and pampered. They also do massages and lashes here, which I have yet to try due to time constraints. Definitely recommend calling in prior to make an appointment. Unfortunately I am writing a bad review. The service itself was amazing and thank you to the people who worked on me. The next day my GEL pedicure changed color. I spoke with the owner and she let me know I can go back and have them fix it. I told her I am not from the area but my best friend and I get our nails done every month and asked if I can just get a discount on my next service. The fact that I'm even considering going back after my GEL pedicure didn't last a whole day is because my best friend goes to this business every month to do her manicures. This was my first and looks like last visit. The owner herself said she cannot do discounts... I am here to write a bad review because to me $15 surcharge for GEL polish should not change color in less than 24 hours. So I'll start off by saying the guy with the tattoos that works there (I think he is only guy). 10/10 he was detailed, gentle, filed my nails exactly how I want it. I think I got Structure Gel/Gel builder. I am not fond of thick gel nails and he gave me the perfect thickness, I should have requested him again. (He is the only reason I am giving this a 2) HOWEVER, I liked my experience so much I went back to get them redone but with someone else that was available. (The lady who sits by the cashier). Let me just say that was a big mistake. I don't get my nails done so I have never taken off gel before or got it redone, I don't know the process (I also told her this). So after she took off the gel and started painting, I asked for a trim (so she can do it before painting). I asked again because she didn't cut my nails yet, she confirmed that trimming the nails happen later (in slightly sassy tone). This is where it went all wrong, she BLUNDT CUT my nails, and it seems like some started to CHIP, so she ended up having to use SUPER GLUE TO FIX some of my nails at the tips. (Never hesrd of this experienced before). Before the process I showed her the nail shape that the guy did that I really liked and she said she can do that for me (almond shape). SHE WENT HAM ON THE FILER. It was uncomfortable and rough, she filed so ROUGH and UNEVEN. I was slightly bothered. And in the end I got pointed nails that I disliked, I even told her that she shaved off the sides too much, got slightly defensive, so I knew just to let it go and tell her to round the tips, I disliked how pointed she made it. My nails are uneven and each nail points and leans towards a different side. The thick gel is also uneven. I asked for thinner layer, said the thickness of what I got last time was perfect, she even clarified with the guy that did it. I am so shocked, on my experience, I would only go back to the guy who did my first set, but I don't think I am going back. read more

I went for a pedicure got the second package. I asked for no gel polish because i know its bad for your nails but she asked me a couple of times and i declined. I was then put on those little sandals they give you my nails werent done drying. I assume because they got more people and needed the chair. While walking to my car in those sandals in the dirt rocky path one of my toe nails paint chipped off so i walked back to get it fixed. She painted over the nail rather than removing the polish and doing that one nail over. It ended up chipping again because of the layer on top of the not smooth surface. Went in on 7/12 for pedicure and manicure. I loved my pedicure no complaints. But my manicure? They were supposed to add hard gel because they were taking off an acrylic overlay I had. As you can see in the pictures my nails are left so thin , you can't even tell or see the layer of hard gel!!!! My nails were left crooked. And soooooo thin !!!! All my nails bend and the 2 broken ones, broke from the side and I had to trim them down. I can't scratch myself through my clothes without my nails bending. I paid $100 for this service for my poor NATURAL nails to break this fast. It's so upsetting because all I feel like I can't do much with my hands. read more

Not sure what's up with O.C. Nail Salon shops but they are not disabled friendly. All the shops not in O.C. Can do my nails with my gimpy hands. This nail shop doesn't let you know they charge you extra for other services. I did a cat eye and was not aware they charge ten dollars for it. Other shops didn't charge me for cat eye. My nails did not look cat eye and I can take the blame for that because I should've told her. They up charge my friend without telling her they were going to do that. I absolutely LOVE my new set . I went in today for a fill on my gel x old set . I had 2 nails that's were damaged from using my hands so much (I do dental so yea lol ) anyways.
