SHOUT OUT TO HELEN FOR BEING THE BEST. I've been a loyal customer to Thania Pro Nails for about 6 years now and I've experienced all of their staffing changes throughout the years. They JUST finished their remodel and it looks so GLAMOROUS and LUXURIOUS! I have to recommend Helen if you're looking for a tech that is technical, detail oriented, and artistry minded. I've booked with other nail technicians (Tammy) for my nails and I have to say if you're looking for someone to do your nails EXACTLY to your liking Helen and Thania would be the best. I always appreciate Helen's service because she understands my vision and what I am going for. I know there are many technicians in the industry that would try to persuade you to choose a certain color or have a different length. However, Helen is a very honest person and she will not judge you on your personal preferences!

Minty oh how I love her!! She's such an amazing tech, she's very sweet, kind, funny, and most importantly she's very patient which is something that's very important to me when getting my nails done. Tammy was also very quiet and precise with her work which is also another thing I look forward to when getting my nails done. I want to be in a clean, peaceful, calm environment, and that that's definitely the service that they delivered to me A lot of techs don't take their time and don't listen to your request which is unfortunate but minty took her time on my toes and funny enough my toes are very important to me and due to several techs before her they made both of my big toes look like they were turning outwards which made me not as confident as I usually am because my toes have never looked like that but she completely fixed them and I'm so happy with my nails like seriously im sosososososo happy I met minty and trusted her and she didn't disappoint me whatsoever thank you so much minty if you're having the same issue and want someone who truly cares and will brighten up your day I would definitely recommend requesting minty and Tammy they're both an amazing duo, but also have amazing skill sets individually overall coming to Thania pro nails is an amazing affordable luxury experience that everyone needs in their life thank you!!

They have a kiosk for chek-in with many options. I splurged for sweety pedicure which inclides 3-1 therapy treatment, calluse removal, and leg massage. Because i felt my feet deserves it. Lol. It's $50 and additional $10 for gel pedicure. The tech whobtook care of me was amazing. Sophia was sweet, made sure that i meet my needs and she took carenof my ingrown toe nail (not fun). I'm reassured their cleanliness by seeing that every instrument is being sterilozed (their autoclave is very visible for everyone. They have cabinetsnog clean supplies ans towels. They have vast choicesnof nail polish. And I love the fact tbat the ladies were their name badge. It makes me so mich easiee to remember their names for future appointments. Thania helped make my manicure inspo come to life. The mosaic design is the most detailed and colorful designs I ever requested for and she pulled through on my tiny finger beds! She was amazingly detailed and double-checked with me multiple times that the colors and look were what I wanted. She also helped me choose colors that were compatible with each other. Cannot stop obsessing over my nails. Highly recommend Thania and her team!

Leyna made my feet so incredibly soft, and she gives one of the best massages I've ever received. I felt so relaxed by her touch, I could've honestly fallen asleep. Sophia was so professional and her attention to detail was amazing, I think this is my favorite manicure set. Both ladies were 10/10, for efficiency, detailed oriented and for their customer service. I was recommended to this salon by my SIL. Hanna did an amazing job on my manicure. I showed her a picture & she executed perfectly. To add, she's very meticulous & pays attention to details!! Save your money don't waste your time, I got gel x manicure that didn't even last a full week. Four of my nails have already fallen off. It took me a while to find the page and leave a review with Photos, which is why I didn't leave one sooner. I spent way too much money to have this happen. My nails weren't properly attached and so they started lifting and eventually fell off. I included photos of when they started to fall off and then the original set. read more

My first visit here was the complete opposite of today's visit -- I had such a great experience, which is why I came back (for the same service). Unfortunately, my second visit was extremely disappointing. I spent over two hours at this salon and walked out with uneven nails, cuts on my fingers, and polish that looked rushed and poorly done. For something I paid my hard-earned money for, the quality was far below what anyone should expect. What made it worse is that no one asked how my nails looked when I was checking out. It honestly felt like they knew the work wasn't up to standard and chose not to address it. A simple check-in or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. I value my time and money, and this experience was really discouraging. I won't be returning, and I hope this feedback helps improve the service for others in the future. read more

Both are so sweet and I always leave very happy. They really make you feel welcome. I love their pedicure bar where you can pick out your lotions and scrubs. I have been going to Thania salon since before covid so this review is very past due. She always delivers all the designs that I want. And when she is busy, Hanna and Helen are my go to for nails. For pedicure, any of her staff will take good care of you for sure. Her new service Dual Gel Nail is a game changer to all my natural girlies. The material is thin and feels super light on my actual nail no matter how long do I want my nails. And it's very sturdy as well. This salon is very hit or miss. I've been coming here consistently every 2 weeks for a mani/pedi for several months now. Sometimes the is service great. Sometimes it's barely average. Today they ran 40 minutes behind on my appointment, flooded my pedicure tub, the pedicurist cut my ankle with nail tools and did not even apologize, and then they charged me full price. The pedicure was great, the french tip was done nicely, although the tech did leave some gel on my skin. For the manicure, the nail art was great, however the manicure itself left a lot to desire. I would not recommend getting any gel manicures here. Maybe gel-x or acrylic would be safer for your natural nails if you're getting them done here. The initial shaping of the nails had me concerned as the tech filed deep along my side walls. I did receive some cuts from the cuticle clean up. I wish I realized the extent of the damage before leaving the salon. I had asked the tech if cuticle care was included and she mentioned it wasn't, but still cleaned mine up (rather roughly). If you come here, I recommend not getting your natural nails shaped to avoid damage to your nail bed. Definitely get some nail art as the techs are talented, but be wary of nail shaping - Over filing of the side walls can cause onycholysis! My nails did come out beautiful, but my fingertips sting and burn. The cuts will eventually heal, but I wouldn't say the service was worth the physical damage to my natural nails and cuticles. I will not be coming back. UPDATE: The owner saw my review and took it upon herself to text me about it. She continuously misread my communications with her and did not take my injuries seriously. She tried to guilt trip me out of a refund as it would be removed from the tech's pay. The tech did cut me and over filed my nails.

I didn't catch their names but they were both genuinely so sweet. 10 bucks for an eyebrow wax and 30 bucks for a nice pedicure and massage. You can't really beat those prices honestly. Only thing I wish I did differently was to bring cash because they charge you $2 to use your card, but that's ok I'm glad to support. Everything was clean, there weren't any fancy frills or oils or anything but the massage was relaxing and the ladies were so kind. Will definitely become a regular here.

Patrick started my application and base colors but another nail tech finished them (didn't catch her name) and everything came out amazing! Patrick spent so much time and attention to make sure my one naturally crooked index finger nail was as uniform as possible with my other nails. Which is much appreciated!! Yesterday, I opted to get a builder gel manicure on my natural nails, french tip design, and 3D flowers. I also got a french tip pedicure. I paid $161, not including tip. The pedicure was great, the french tip was done nicely, although the tech did leave some gel on my skin. For the manicure, the nail art was great, however the manicure itself left a lot to desire. I would not recommend getting any gel manicures here. Maybe gel-x or acrylic would be safer for your natural nails if you're getting them done here. The initial shaping of the nails had me concerned as the tech filed deep along my side walls. I did receive some cuts from the cuticle clean up. I wish I realized the extent of the damage before leaving the salon. I had asked the tech if cuticle care was included and she mentioned it wasn't, but still cleaned mine up (rather roughly). If you come here, I recommend not getting your natural nails shaped to avoid damage to your nail bed. Definitely get some nail art as the techs are talented, but be wary of nail shaping - Over filing of the side walls can cause onycholysis! My nails did come out beautiful, but my fingertips sting and burn. The cuts will eventually heal, but I wouldn't say the service was worth the physical damage to my natural nails and cuticles. I will not be coming back. UPDATE: The owner saw my review and took it upon herself to text me about it. She continuously misread my communications with her and did not take my injuries seriously. She tried to guilt trip me out of a refund as it would be removed from the tech's pay. The tech did cut me and over filed my nails.
