I was the only customer at first, but another person arrived so my mani-pedi felt that it was done quickly and carelessly--especially the cuticle work on my toes. Also the nail tech kept pushing me to get gel on my toes, even after I declined multiple times. Another person comes in and turns out she has an appointment so the rushing only got worse. The same tech who did my toes also did my manicure, and she pulled at my nail cuticle so hard that it actually bled and caused an infection. She added alcohol after pulling the skin, and the burning hurt pretty bad. I didn't think much of it in the moment, but a couple of days later my finger was still painful and I noticed it had pus!!! And this is coming from someone with a high pain tolerance! On top of that, my gel manicure had dust and bumps in it, which is unacceptable for something that should look smooth and clean. I genuinely wanted this to be my go-to nail salon, but after this experience, there is no way I would recommend this place!! There are way better places here in Garden Grove! Avoid at all cost!
