I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I really want to share how happy I was with my experience. Cô Thủy did my pedicure and she was so welcoming, gentle, and professional. I felt very relaxed the whole time. Everyone at the salon was kind and friendly -- it made me feel comfortable right away. Thank you, Cô Thủy, for taking such good care of me. I'll definitely come back again!

Disregard its regular outside appearance, this place is a hidden gem in local neighborhood. Affordable pricing, honest services & friendly attitude are the strong convincing reasons for my frequent visits. The picture attached in this post was done by Lily, my favorite technician. It's a sweet lighter pink shade with green rainbow chrome top. Under sunlight, the green sparkles on top of pink, dancing just like rainbow from different angles. If you request this next time you see her, you'll understand what I'm trying to say. She'll pull out a rainbow chrome container that has my mark on it LOL.

Decided to try this place again since it's been along time and they were open earlier than most places . Michelle did my mani and pedi and she was so sweet and careful with my injured leg . I like that she didn't talk to her coworkers the whole time like I have experienced at a lot of nail salons . It was very nice and relaxing . I've been coming here for over 25 years and have always had a great experience. Jenny does an amazing job on my nails. I work with my hands and am hard on my nails but rarely have and breakage. I would highly recommend them. They also do a good pedicure and waxing! read more

My technician rushed through my pedicure , and the end result was uneven and sloppy. The polish began chipping within a day, which has never happened to me before from other salons. Additionally, the tools did not appear to be properly sanitized, which made me very uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience, and I will not be returning. read more

FIRST TIME GETTING MY NAILS AND THIS PLACE DID IT RIGHT ! they had amazing customer service and very nice people over all ! my nails are looking so cute and totally ready for the holiday season ! the price was a little steep but they gave a little discount to help with that ! This place lost me as a customer. I don't mind paying $35 for a gel pedicure because I like good quality gel on my nails. This place uses the cheapest gel top coat I've ever seen. It left my nails looking like the regular pedicure top coat. No shine at all. Aside of that the lady who did my pedicure rushed throughout the whole pedicure and filed my toe nails so ruff that she left them so thin. My nails were filed uneven. On top of that she painted my nails so horrible! I can do a better job. She was very messy overall. These ladies at this place want to do your nails how they want not what you like! Save your money and go somewhere else that is cleaner and uses better quality products. read more

Did a walk in today and it was a great experience. Had Holly as my nail tech and boy did she do an amazing job! I got coffin shaped nails and loved the way it turned out. Paid $45 for a full set. Definitely will be coming back to Holly the next time I get my nails done. read more

Don't want to be mean but I made an App @3:30 but I arrive @3:34 and when I got there with my friend HE charge me $5 for being late!!Then he made us wait 46 minswhich that's almost an hour!!!Then the Asian lady's were talking in Vietnamese about us and didn't seem like they wanted to help us out. After waiting an hour,I showed a lady the nail design(Angels) I wanted she said "Yeah I can do it" later on she said " I can't do that It's hard" so I had to do a way different design:Butterflies and every Stickers of butterfly she charge me $1 so I paid $65!!And she missed some spots of nail polishand all the time she was complaining saying that it was a hard design when all she did was putting stickers on!! And on my friend they just painted her nails and put gel on but she didn't got them like she wanted. And to top it off the owner doesn't wear a mask or gloves. read more

Went here with my sister and they did a terrible job. Not only are they chasing people when they try to leave but they're rushing through everyone. The ladies were very pushy and they didn't even do their job well. My nails are dirty and they didn't even exfoliate well or massage my legs. They're extremely unsanitary and use the same exfoliator for every customer. They don't even disinfect their tools I watched them rinse it under water, THE SAME WATER THEY USED FOR MY FEET. I still have nail polish on my skin. As soon as she "finished" my pedicure she was kicking me off my seat telling me "you leave now". Very disappointing customer service. read more

I thought it was cute they were giving out flowers to the moms . As a mom of 4 I was excited to get my rose after I paid . I watched two ladies leave and be told happy Mother's Day by a few workers . But when i was done and paid , I didn't get one happy Mother's Day or a rose . It was pretty sad , they didn't even ask me if I was a mother or not I guess they just assumed I wasn't . But the main reason I have this bad review was because my big toe was injured during the pedicure . While cleaning the cuticles she went in super deep that it hurt badly . She said her little sorry and squeezed it . For days it hurt badly, it was super red and swollen . I was a Thankfully able to heal it with epson salt and hot water soaks . I was nervous it would get puss and I would have to go to urgent care . After this I will no longer give this location my service unfortunately. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and the service here has always been hit or miss .

This place is HORRIBLE! i walked in to get a pedicure and a full set, while doing my pedicure the woman decides to talk smack on me calling me all types of name, i dont look vietnamese since my mother is mexican and my father is viet. BUt little did she know that i understood every single word she said. i stood up and told her not to finish her job that i was ready to pay. the owner asked me what was wrong i told him it was very unproffessional for his workers to be calling his customers fat and what not. owner said i did not have to pay becuase of the inconvinience, i walked to my car and the woman who was doing my pedicure chases me to my car screaming "fuck you, fuck you" i ignored her since i really just wanted to get out of there, i hopped into my car closed my door and the woman came to my window and started hitting my car screaming like a psychopathic person. The owner had to come out and get her. It was the worst experience in my life. I will 100% recommend for everyone to stay away from this place it is very unproffesional read more

Worst. Place. Ever. Not that I would expect much of a "salon" in this location in the armpit of Garden Grove, but I have to admit I was surprised an establishment could even stoop this low. I could totally deal with it if the only problem was the shoddy visage, or the crappy location, but the inside of the place is just as disgusting as the outside. Everything is dirty, including the chairs and all the tools, so off the bat it deters any even slightly health-conscious from patronizing it. I was in a financial slump but had a wedding to attend and thus HAD to get my nails done...so I settled on this place in my haste. Never again. The manicure I got was horrible- every single nail chipped within 24 hrs, there was enough dust on the fan the lady used to dry my nails to choke a horse, and the employees were rude and unhelpful, in other words everything a salon should NOT be. If you are going to this salon, the only one worth going for is Jenny Nguyen. She does mainly preofessional "wax." She keeps everything in her wax room CLEAN and SANITIZE. She always ask about your life and how you are. The wax is perfect and persise, and she is also very patient with the customers. She guarentee that you will like your wax, she is very professional. She makes sure everything is perfect before you leave. Her personality is very kind and caring, she doesnt talk about other people, and mainly care about the customer. And if you are worried about health or "cleaning problems", dont worry, Jenny keeps everything very clean for the guest. She wants the best and only the best. She said her little sorry and squeezed it . For days it hurt badly, it was super red and swollen . I was a Thankfully able to heal it with epson salt and hot water soaks . I was nervous it would get puss and I would have to go to urgent care . After this I will no longer give this location my service unfortunately. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and the service here has always been hit or miss .

You get what you pay for here and that's why they have "deals" Monday-Wednesday for 4 hours. Every time I went in some poor lady would come back upset because her nails broke 2 days later after getting her manicure or within 5 days. They'll blame you every time for it too. Their facility is not clean at all and the restroom there will confirm it. Their nail products are old and expired as well. They'll play nice until they get called out for their lack of consistent work and blame you for the nails not lasting long when it really is all about how they prepped your nails. You're not saving money if you're having to go back every week and you're better off paying an additional 20 dollars for a longer lasting manicure.
