They take their time with gel and gel x application, but if they're going to take their time on services they need to learn to manage their schedule to accommodate and stop giving inaccurate appointment slots just to get people in... It seems really disorganized

As soon as I arrived, I was offered a beverage, which was a nice touch. Abby was my nail technician, and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted, and she was able to replicate them perfectly. They came out exactly how I envisioned them. It was also my first time trying Gel-X nails, and I absolutely love them--I will definitely be getting Gel-X again! Crystal did my gel pedicure, and it also came out perfect. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. I also loved their use of technology. The check-in process was simple, and I really appreciate that their system keeps track of your service history and the technicians you've seen. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Fleur Nail Spa. I will definitely be returning!

Then there were multiple issues with our bill. We were first told we had been undercharged, then overcharged, and we were also given the wrong ticket amount. On top of that, my mother attempted to withdraw $300 from their ATM, but the machine only dispensed $180. We were told she would receive a refund for the missing money, but she still has not received it. What bothered me most was Salem's attitude when I questioned all of the changing prices and incorrect charges. Instead of apologizing or trying to calmly explain what happened, she told me, "That's just how we work here." When I expressed that I was unhappy with the situation, she even told me that if I didn't like it, I didn't have to come back. Then, after all of this, they called me again saying that they had undercharged me. The nail technicians deserve recognition because Kim and Diana were great, but the front desk customer service and the way the payment issues were handled were extremely disappointing. With so many billing problems in one visit, I would strongly recommend checking your receipt carefully before leaving and keeping documentation of any refunds you are promised. After my appointment, I went back and read the negative reviews, and honestly, those matched my experience much more closely. The first red flag was that I walked in to ask about pricing, then left to think about it, and one of the employees actually came out into the parking lot to convince me to come back. That immediately felt off. The second red flag was that I asked for almond-shaped acrylics, and the technician immediately started putting tips on without ever asking what length I wanted. He just assumed I wanted them short. By that point I was already committed, so I just went with it. As the service went on, I also noticed the salon wasn't as clean as I would expect. There were leftover decorations up and everything was just dirty and had stains on it, and debris around the work area, and it just didn't give me a great feeling. To be fair, the pedicure came out really nice. They opened what appeared to be a sealed pack of sanitized tools, which I appreciated, and I'm happy with how my toes turned out. The acrylic nails, though, were another story. The technician left noticeable gaps between the acrylic and my cuticles, as well as along the sides of my nails. They're also extremely thick. My boyfriend, who normally doesn't notice nails at all, actually asked if they were press-ons because they looked so bulky and fake. It's only been about a week, and because of the large gap near the cuticle, they already look like they've grown out for several weeks. I know sometimes a last-minute appointment is all you can get, and that's why I stayed. But if I could do it over again, I would have gone somewhere else.
