This place is super clean and spacious with other specialty boutiques inside. I was lucky enough to catch her on a night she has openings after I got off work. I went there for waxing. What a great experience!!! Andrea is amazing! I usually text her and she responds almost right away. I love the way she works - quick and thoroughly. I almost never feel any pain for my brazilian waxing, which is very unusual for me. Andrea makes you feel comfortable and she always talks to you, so that you even forget why you came lol and nothing can beat the price of $20 + you get free under armpits waxing! If you're trying to build your clientele and help out the business you work for, you should never speak to a client in the way Susan responded to me. Recently moved into some new apartments behind the Barnes & Noble book store (across from Main Place Mall). Needed to find a new hair place in the neighborhood and tried one of the salons inside the Phenix Salon building. I found Isel's Beauty Salon open on a Sunday afternoon and the woman inside said she could trim my hair and get rid of some of the gray. The salon was small and private. I watched some local TV news while waiting for the color and enjoyed a Belgian chocolate. My trim was very detailed and the color was a very good match. For me this was an impulse trial. I came for a consult with Smile Direct Club and was pleasantly surprised to find that there is practically every kind of salon service represented here. It is very convenient that it's located in the center of OC with easy access from the 5 and 22 freeways. There's plenty of parking right in front - a HUGE plus in my opinion.
