Great salon! The owner, Gina takes great pride in the decor and vibe of the salon. She's very warm & welcoming upon arrival. She has a variety of products, clothes, jewelry, and other gifts to purchase too. The stylists are independent and each has their own style & expertise to offer their clients providing a variety of options. Cammi is very experienced and has been perfecting her craft for 30+ years, but don't let that fool you as she is very youthful and current with the trends. Summer is the absolute best! I got permanent makeup on both my brows and my lips. This is the best beauty-related decision I've ever done. It saves me so much time getting ready! She also does a really great job at hair. Pretty much all of my friends go to her and they always love how they look afterwards. But back to permanent make-up, I was somewhat nervous as I've never had permanent make-up before nor a tattoo or anything like that. It's a big commitment! But Summer did such an excellent job. My brows are shaped perfectly, and now I don't ever have to wear lipstick anymore -- which is great when having to wear a mask out in public. I highly recommend Summer and Studio M. She totally rocks! Attached are some before and after pics. Note that the lip color is super dark when you first get it done but then fades to normal after a couple weeks. read more

I visited this salon for a color treatment--to have my roots done. I've chosen NOT to return or the following reasons: (1) It seems like the practice is to have several stylists participate in getting the job done: One person washed, another person did the color, and a third did the blow-dry. Even if a different person washes, my preference is for the stylist to color and blow-dry; (2) The salon is WAY too noisy--WAY too hectic; and (3) the color of my roots ended up WAY darker than the muted tones of the rest of my hair. I would say that for reasons (1) and (2) above, this salon is not for me. read more

one of my friends has been going to Melissa for years and I have always loved her hair; long, short, shorter, blonder, darker, all of it. I decided to ask her if she wouldn't mind sharing her with me, and lucky for me she did! I've gone twice to her already and I have to say I have gotten the best color I've ever had with Melissa. She takes time to listen and she really cares. She's given me some super good hair tips and at 50 you'd think I'd know them all by now, but nope, I've learned something new every time. the lady in the front is so sweet and nice i will come back here again. everyone is so friendly and sweet.

Jordain gives true quality hair care! She takes the time to make sure she knows exactly what you want and pays attention to detail. She got me a lot lighter while still making sure my hair stayed healthy. I have been transitioning into a blonde balayage this past year and have had a hard time finding the right hair dresser for me. I literally would schedule with my hair dresser from my hometown 14 hours away because she did such a better job then anyone I could fine here. Needless to say I think I have finally found my go to girl for Southern California hair! Thanks for the amazing cut and color Jordain! read more

Jordain was awesome! Extremely friendly and fun to talk to. She did an amazing job on my hair. Will definitely be coming back to her. Thanks Jordain! The salon and everyone there was really nice. Return place for sure. read more

This review is for Summer Candow - She calls herself a 'beauty expert' but she's more like a 'beauty angel!' She can do it all - hair, makeup, eyebrows, etc. After much research (and a ton of fear), Summer powdered my eyebrows yesterday. Why in the holy hell did I wait so long? She's just top notch. Patient, kind, talented, sweet...did I mention talented? If you're looking for some eyebrow magic, I'd totally recommend her! (plus she also has done my makeup and I felt like I was walking the red carpet!) Thank you Summer! I feel so pretty! read more

Studio M Salon in Tustin is not elderly or handicapped friendly, they refused to do my friend's hair saying she moves too slowly. This broke her heart and has enraged mine. read more

They refused my friend's mom service because she was in a wheelchair and made her feel terrible.

I just need to say that after trying a million hair stylists. I found my girl! Jordain is the best! She just knows what's on trend and she doesn't charge an arm and leg! Even my 17-year-old daughter went to her and got a rad color and cut! Thank you sooo much, Jordain! You're the best! read more

I will definitely be back to this place again. . Staff was great . Shop was clean . Everyone was wearing masks . Service was amazing . Price was right . What a great salon! The boutique is always full of fun stuff to buy and the staff is fantastic. The recent remodel really brought life to the salon and Melissa Scott is the best there is. She knows what she is doing, is masterful with color and makes me feel great every time I leave her chair! Gina, the owner is super friendly and can special order anything I need, if they don't already have it. I just started using Lashed by Dior, and love how my lashes look and how quickly she gets me in and out. read more

Studio M is a nice clean establishment and have been coming there for some time. The person who was always consistant and such a professional was James. He has cut my hair for over 20 years. Now he seems to have left the place. If anyone knows of his where abouts, please email me the info. I would be forever grateful. Krsto krstovuk@msn.com read more

So I had Summer Candow do my mom's tattoo eyebrows because she was sick last year and lost most of her brow hairs. My mom was super happy and encouraged me to get them for myself. I was hesitant as it seems like a big commitment and i was worried i would look like a different person. I like the natural no make up look and i was afraid this tattoo brows would be too dramatic for me. However i was also tired of drawing them on once a week when I remembered or had the time to do so. I finally took the leap and got them done and I could not be more happy with the result. Summer is naturally a perfectionist and wanted to get it just right. She listened and did what i wanted for my face. She corrected it to add more when I accidentally scratched a piece off during my sleep. She has been so amazing and I highly recommend her if you are feeling tired of looking like a sick person without brows. The brows truly frame your face and give you a youthful appeal. My words won't convince you please see the before and after photos. read more

I was referred to James by my sister in law. The salon is located away from the 17th street and has a plenty of parking. James was very receptive to what I was saying and what I wanted. He gave lot of great advice on hair care. He didn't push trying to sell products from the salon. In fact he steered away from what he considered to be unnecessary products. I will be back. I love my new haircut! read more
