Allison was so skillful at toning down my blonde with low lights but maintaining my ash blonde highlights. I also asked for trim of choppy layers which she nailed so well. She is also so knowledgeable of what she had to do to get the tone I was seeking advice on. On 23 October, I went to Salonzero, The name is speak to itself. Cute girl of 22 years old, maybe student or whatsoever greet me. Before, I send the pictures to the Salon of haircut I want, Cascade care, Fine highlights. I asked for price on the messenger on Instagram. Someone else text me $160 for the first time client Highlights and $70 for haircut..Salon advertise a male name Matt, His work cut my attention on Instagram , I can talk the Salon to scheduled with him only. But very tricky, this two owners they advertise Matt Stylist, he may not even work in thatSalon, maybe he does. But when I Got his phone number he called me and he stated that he's not accepting any new clients then why you advertise and invite people through the Instagram? The owner offered As Ally told me it's two females. I sent messages again to Alison Regarding haircut Cascade Kare, and highlights, I ask if she can do the way it's on the picture? the answer was yes! According to the owner, she spent six h. She can spend 11 hours or 24 hours, but the job is not done what was expected. The Color is not even close to blonde and Fine highlights I requested from the rults.. What I God is half of my head is dark with my original dark hair on the left side. The right side is halfway with a high. I never have seen anything like that. during the haircut, Alison cut it an equal and I have to correct here that one side is longer. Another side is shorter. She was redoing several times then I stopped her said enough and then she asked me please give me more chance to fix it. I gave you the chance but still was not the right way to fix it I contacted Allison At the same day in the evening, and I sent you the video silent from her. I contacted whoever was responding to me through Instagram. She started to threaten me instead to resolve the issue with your father that he's an attorney then she threaten me with your attorney and I request you to call them to me then we can settle this then she started to threaten me with a police department instead to resolve this issue. Additional to that Ally burn my scalp now I cannot do anything until everything gonna heal., The owner found me $90. It does mean that she admitted that she messed up but according to text messages, she is protecting her employees because they work six hours, but how they did the job what is the quality of this job? Nobody cares in this salon. I went in couple salons. They don't take me because now we have to wait. 34 months until my hair is growing and until the burning on my Scalp will be Recover from Burning. Stay away from that salon it's a very scandalous owners. Instead to resolve the issue, they will threaten you with an attorney and with the police department. Respond from the owner on my post is ridiculous. That's why I advise everybody stay away from the Salon. She gonna stalk on you. She gonna slender on you. Last seven years I haven't been in Salon. I've done all my hair in overseas. My husband passed away three years ago. He was sick for four years. I haven't been in Salon since 2019. One more time proof this is Salon is very dangerous. They will slender and stalking you. They will call all over the place she has time for that instead to resolve the issue!! Future clients please pay attention the professional people never does this. What the owner did. She's a scandalous, very violent person. ! read more
