How much is root touch up highlights and toner?

Depends on the stylist, the length, thickness and color of you hair as in does it need to be bleached and then recolored, etc. Call the salon and discuss it.

I will not be recommending anyone nor will I be returning.

The second time, I was charged $60 just to clean up the edges of his hair. There was no shampoo and no actual haircut--just a quick edge cleanup. When I asked why the price was so high, they pointed to the menu and said a men's haircut costs $60. But my son is 10 years old, not an adult. There was no consideration for children or for a regular customer. It also felt like they suddenly did not understand English when I questioned the price, even though they had no problem communicating when it was time to charge me. Leon, who cut my son's hair, is amazing--kind, professional, and very talented. My issue is with the manager, front desk, and owners. Their pricing and customer service felt unfair, unreasonable, and very stingy.

When it was finally my turn, a different barber cut my hair instead. The haircut itself was okay, but the overall experience felt very unprofessional. If Nick wasn't available, I would have appreciated someone letting me know instead of leaving me waiting. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing, and I don't think I'll be coming back.

this is my friend's story please read!!!!!!!!!! " if i could give these terrible horrible monsters and yes i said monsters a 0 star i would. i would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! i went into this salon to get a silver blonde i was "helped" or at least i thought i was being helped by a guy named (ocean). i was aware that my hair would take at least 3 sessions to get to the silver due to me having black/brown hair. i was perfectly fine with that everything started off great until he had his assisant take over while he focused on another client this assisant acted so clueless she didn't know what she was doing to the point where he had to take over again and whispered "go get (blank) out of my bag in my locker" once he rinsed the bleach out there was a ring around my head patches of black spots i was not happy so he claimed he could dye it a dark brown/ blonde i came out with orangish/ toner brown !!!!! on top of my hair coming out absolutely terrible. he left me bald!!!! all around the edges on the side of my hair i've heard of little breakage but nothing like this!!! he knew he messed up so bad he didn't even want me calling the salon that to call him personally and that i didn't have to pay him. i was hysterically crying so bad i almost went into a panic attack so i called to owner (sandy) thinking we could resolve this. she was so rude telling me it was my fault and that he was an independant contractor that theres nothing she can do she even went as far as threatening me with lawyers wanting to sue me for being unhappy " read more

Terrible Experience - Avoid Aynaz at All Costs! I had the worst experience with Aynaz, who claims to be an experienced stylist, but it's all talk. After a disastrous keratin treatment that didn't deliver any of the promised results, she made excuses and offered to reapply the product. But instead, she just blow-dried my hair and sent me on my way, completely ignoring the issue. I waited for the manager to step in, but they never bothered to respond either. To make matters worse, Aynaz even threatened another client who knows me, warning her not to expect future help if I left an honest review. Then, she called me directly to say she would refuse service to me moving forward. Her behavior was completely unprofessional, rude, and downright threatening. I paid $550 for this nightmare, and not only did I not get a refund, but she also cut off half my hair when I only asked for a trim. I feel completely scammed and heartbroken over the damage. Avoid Aynaz--she's inexperienced, dishonest, and a complete scam artist. Don't waste your time or money on her! read more

Despite facing rainy days, walking over 9 hours a day, going to the beach, and sweating, I experienced zero frizz, an absolute miracle! I've never had such a long-lasting, frizz-free treatment. I had the absolute best experience with Ocean! He is incredibly kind, professional, and so lovely to talk to. From the moment I sat in his chair, he made me feel comfortable and confident. Instead, this has been dragged out for almost six weeks with long gaps in communication and no clear answer, leaving me unable to confidently move forward despite being "the best in the industry". I suppose for normal day to day appointments it's okay to come here but if you have anything important - go somewhere else

My appointment was canceled the day of, yet I received no text, email, or notification informing me. In fact, at 7:52 a.m. the morning of my appointment (scheduled for 11:15 a.m.), her team texted me confirming details and letting me know what to expect during the service. So, when I arrived and was told my appointment had been canceled due to "miscommunication," I was very confused. What made this even more frustrating was that nowhere on the booking site or Instagram page does it clearly state that new clients are required to complete an email consultation prior to their appointment. After explaining the cancellation, Stephanie quickly asked me to put my hair down so she could assess it and ultimately said she could still fit me in for the service I booked but that I would have to wait because she was busy. During the time slot I had originally booked, she was servicing another client. The most disappointing part of the experience was how cold and unwelcoming the interaction felt. My hair wash was extremely rough, rough enough that the shampoo bottle was even dropped during the service and the entire appointment felt rushed. There was no effort made to make me feel valued as a client. As someone who also works in the beauty industry, I truly believe client experience and genuinely making an effort to talk to your client is important and part of the job. At one point, while going back and forth between me and the other client, she told the other client, "10 more minutes and I'll be all yours," which only reinforced how much of an inconvenience I felt like during my appointment. To be clear, this review is solely based on the customer service experience, not the quality of her work. I'm not seeking a refund. I'm only sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision and in hopes that this feedback is taken seriously by the salon as it seems I'm not the only one with this experience.

I would say give yourself an extra 10 minutes to get here if it's your 1st time. As for Nora, she was super sweet, totally listened to what I wanted. She made sure prior to cutting that I was comfortable with the length & helped clear any hesitations I had. I felt comfortable trusting her professionalism, craft & recommendations. After getting a really terrible haircut and color, the next morning I researched salons and looked at what felt like a 1000 pictures. It was obvious that Bellagio Salon could handle a serious color correction. I called and said, "I need help, I'm desperate--something horrible has happened to my hair." She said, "I'll squeeze you in." I arrived at a very inviting salon across from the Newport Beach Harbor--such an amazing location. I really didn't have to say much about what I wanted done--it was obvious. Blend the thick white stripes on top of my head and add highlights to the bottom where there were none. Use a toner to warm the strange ashy stripes. Under the stripes was a very strange dark color. Nothing about this hair color made any sense. It was shockingly bad. Mind you, I had a perfect canvas for the first hairstylist. My hair was very long and hadn't been colored in years. It's naturally a lighter brown and gets natural highlights. What I asked for from the stylist who messed up my hair: blunt layers, especially around the crown since it's heavy and weighs down my flat thin hair. What I got: about 7 inches cut (that was fine), but I still had long heavy hair on top. The layers were all on the bottom few inches of my hair! It made zero sense. It was uneven and had these little flippy pieces in the very front. Mahi said, "Don't worry, I'm not going to let you leave with wings." hahaha! I love her. I cannot believe Mahi was able to create a good haircut with the little hair I had left. My hair is at my shoulders now, and it has a style that actually makes sense. She cut the long pieces around my crown so now my hair has body and movement. The white stripes are blended and no longer look so ashy and grey. Mahi took so much time and care with me--it was very meaningful. She also used a lot of her products on me and was very generous. I'm also shocked that my hair is not fried having my hair colored two days on a row. I'm so grateful Mahi uses quality products at her salon. My hair is now soft! A lot softer when I left her salon compared to the day before when I left that other salon. I'm so grateful. Thank you for helping me, thank you for making me feel so safe in your chair. I really appreciate you.

By the end of the service it had cost me $520 for something I did not ask for. I would never recommend someone to this store ever. The lack of transparency is infuriating. I genuinely feel scammed for the price I paid for something I didn't receive.
