Depends on the stylist, the length, thickness and color of you hair as in does it need to be bleached and then recolored, etc. Call the salon and discuss it.

I was satisfied until I got home…read more The nail work itself wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad either. It was about average--similar to what you would get at many other nail salons. The toenail design wasn't exactly what I had asked for or what I showed in the reference photo, but it was close enough that I could live with it. However, after I got home, my fingers started to sting. I realized I had several small cuts around my cuticles and skin. It became clear that my skin had been nicked in multiple places during the manicure. During my appointment, the technicians were frequently on a video call and spent most of the time chatting with each other in Vietnamese. They would often stop working on my nails just to continue their conversations before resuming. Unfortunately, it felt like they weren't fully focused on my manicure, which may explain why I ended up with so many cuts on my fingers. To be fair, they were not rude at all. Everyone was friendly and polite, and I don't think anyone had bad intentions. I just wish there had been more attention to detail and more focus on the client during the service. I hope they improve because they seem like nice people.

This was unfortunately one of the most stressful and disappointing nail salon experiences I've had…read more Prior to arriving, I checked their online booking portal and noticed they had availability every 15 minutes starting at 1 PM through the end of the day, so I assumed they had room for their classic mani-pedi combo. My previous nail salon in Mission Viejo would block off unavailable times online, so I genuinely thought they had availability. When I arrived, they told me they could do the pedicure, but the manicure would depend on time. Which is fine, I understand and respect their availability. While they were setting up the pedicure station, they rushed me to pick a color, barely giving me more than 2 minutes before telling me to just sit down and saying I can pick later. For context, I only wanted a basic regular polish mani-pedi -- no gel, acrylics, extensions, or nail art. Just regular polish, shaping, and shaping. They handed me a gel sample book to choose from, I asked if these were the colors on the wall, and they confirmed it wasn't because they don't make sample books for regular polish. So the book was pointless... I normally do a shiny silver color on my toes, so I asked if they had something similar and was basically told "I don't know. Whatever we have is on the wall." I said I'd like to quickly look at the wall myself and if they didn't have something similar, I'd just go with white. As soon as I sat down for my pedicure, another technician came over to start my manicure, so naturally I assumed both services were being done (great!) She asked for my desired length and shape, and I requested oval. Less than 5 minutes into the manicure, I noticed my nails were being cut and shaped unevenly and nothing like what I asked for. When I politely pointed it out, she proceeded to say in Vietnamese to her coworker (I'm Vietnamese and understood everything) that I was being difficult and that she was going to help another client instead... About 10 minutes after she walked away, I was told they no longer had time to do my manicure anymore -- which left me disappointed considering they had already chopped off my nails and left them unfinished and half filed. I asked if they could at least file my nails evenly since they had already cut them, and while they agreed, my nails are better, but still uneven across the board. The most frustrating part was that while my hands were occupied, the pedicure technician just started painting my toes white without confirming the color with me or letting me go back to the wall to look. Ironically, when I went to pay, I found the exact silver color I had originally been looking for. Overall, I left feeling rushed, dismissed, and stressed out instead of relaxed. I don't normally leave reviews, but I wanted to share my honest experience.

Despite the high price I paid for my designs and gel x, the gems kept falling off and they refused to help me fix the nails. I went in twice to get the gems replaced and they just told me to come back tomorrow. If you don't want to fix them, then just tell me that. Don't ask me to come back again on a third day. It's ridiculous.

this is my friend's story please read!!!!!!!!!! " if i could give these terrible horrible monsters and yes i said monsters a 0 star i would. i would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! i went into this salon to get a silver blonde i was "helped" or at least i thought i was being helped by a guy named (ocean). i was aware that my hair would take at least 3 sessions to get to the silver due to me having black/brown hair. i was perfectly fine with that everything started off great until he had his assisant take over while he focused on another client this assisant acted so clueless she didn't know what she was doing to the point where he had to take over again and whispered "go get (blank) out of my bag in my locker" once he rinsed the bleach out there was a ring around my head patches of black spots i was not happy so he claimed he could dye it a dark brown/ blonde i came out with orangish/ toner brown !!!!! on top of my hair coming out absolutely terrible. he left me bald!!!! all around the edges on the side of my hair i've heard of little breakage but nothing like this!!! he knew he messed up so bad he didn't even want me calling the salon that to call him personally and that i didn't have to pay him. i was hysterically crying so bad i almost went into a panic attack so i called to owner (sandy) thinking we could resolve this. she was so rude telling me it was my fault and that he was an independant contractor that theres nothing she can do she even went as far as threatening me with lawyers wanting to sue me for being unhappy " read more

Terrible Experience - Avoid Aynaz at All Costs! I had the worst experience with Aynaz, who claims to be an experienced stylist, but it's all talk. After a disastrous keratin treatment that didn't deliver any of the promised results, she made excuses and offered to reapply the product. But instead, she just blow-dried my hair and sent me on my way, completely ignoring the issue. I waited for the manager to step in, but they never bothered to respond either. To make matters worse, Aynaz even threatened another client who knows me, warning her not to expect future help if I left an honest review. Then, she called me directly to say she would refuse service to me moving forward. Her behavior was completely unprofessional, rude, and downright threatening. I paid $550 for this nightmare, and not only did I not get a refund, but she also cut off half my hair when I only asked for a trim. I feel completely scammed and heartbroken over the damage. Avoid Aynaz--she's inexperienced, dishonest, and a complete scam artist. Don't waste your time or money on her! read more

Despite facing rainy days, walking over 9 hours a day, going to the beach, and sweating, I experienced zero frizz, an absolute miracle! I've never had such a long-lasting, frizz-free treatment. I cannot recommend @coloredbycandice enough!! She did a color correction for me and had me feeling like a new woman! My hair had been botched by someone else and when Candice was done you would have never known. My appointment was canceled the day of, yet I received no text, email, or notification informing me. In fact, at 7:52 a.m. the morning of my appointment (scheduled for 11:15 a.m.), her team texted me confirming details and letting me know what to expect during the service. So, when I arrived and was told my appointment had been canceled due to "miscommunication," I was very confused. What made this even more frustrating was that nowhere on the booking site or Instagram page does it clearly state that new clients are required to complete an email consultation prior to their appointment. After explaining the cancellation, Stephanie quickly asked me to put my hair down so she could assess it and ultimately said she could still fit me in for the service I booked but that I would have to wait because she was busy. During the time slot I had originally booked, she was servicing another client. The most disappointing part of the experience was how cold and unwelcoming the interaction felt. My hair wash was extremely rough, rough enough that the shampoo bottle was even dropped during the service and the entire appointment felt rushed. There was no effort made to make me feel valued as a client. As someone who also works in the beauty industry, I truly believe client experience and genuinely making an effort to talk to your client is important and part of the job. At one point, while going back and forth between me and the other client, she told the other client, "10 more minutes and I'll be all yours," which only reinforced how much of an inconvenience I felt like during my appointment. To be clear, this review is solely based on the customer service experience, not the quality of her work. I'm not seeking a refund. I'm only sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision and in hopes that this feedback is taken seriously by the salon as it seems I'm not the only one with this experience.

She knows how to create a full makeover with extensions while keeping your own hair healthy and minimizing unnecessary bleaching or damage, everything always blends so naturally. What started as just extensions turned into her becoming my go to for color and cuts too. She really understands what works for your hair and gives honest recommendations instead of overprocessing it. She only does women's hair, but I begged her to color my son's hair blue once, and she actually did it and she absolutely nailed it. My son loved it so much. Nicole is seriously a color queen!

I know my family and I will be going to Aldo for years to come. Before finding Aldo, I was going to a well-known, high-end salon on PCH in Newport Beach. Somewhere along the way, they stopped listening to what I wanted. My hair always looked great when I walked out of the salon, but the moment I washed it myself, I realized the cut just wasn't right. Either it wasn't a good cut, or it simply didn't suit my face. I'm a busy person--I don't have time to spend every morning styling my hair just to make a haircut work. I spent weeks researching salons on Yelp and probably overthought the whole process before finally making an appointment with Aldo. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had found the right person. He's genuine, straightforward, and refreshingly honest--no fluff, no sales pitch, just someone who truly cares about doing great work.
