I stopped here because it was a short walk from my carwash place, while my car was getting waxed. It was a mistake. Clipped nails, did not file them at all and left them too long. Only 2 coats of polish, no base coat, so left looking ridgy and dull. Will not go back. read more

The facial I had was the best ever she massage my face and use a very expensive serum, I looked 20 years younger, my hair color was perfect and the hair cut...gorgeous, this is a one person business, so I had to wait for an appointment, well worth it. She was a really nice lady but she completely messed up my hair. I had really long curly hair and the first thing she did was cut of a HUGE amount of it while it was dry, I really didn't have much time to tell her what I wanted done. I waited a long time to get a haircut and i just wanted the damage cut out, unfortunately her shears were so dull it created a lot of new damage and she cut off at least 7 inches of hair and the new hair is damaged because of this haircut. I came here months ago and I still regret it every time I look in the mirror. I always used to get compliments on my hair. Since I came here I haven't gotten any. Worst haircut I've ever gotten (my family laughed at me when they saw me). read more

Came here to get my nails done. And they lady working looks at me like I'm lost and tells me she's busy and has more people to do after the woman's nails she was doing. There was literally no one else in the store waiting. She just didn't want to do it. Shitty customer service For those saying I should have made an appointment - I called 10 min prior and ASKED if walk ins were okay or if I needed appointments and the lady in the store told me walk ins were fine and I did let her know I was literally 5 min away. Sandy's nail salon is the only place my Mom and I ever get our nails done. She is great at what she does and super sweet too. Her shop is always very clean and her instruments are always sterile so I never have to worry. She never skimps on the massages either she'll take the time to make your hands and feet even your neck and shoulders feel awesome when she's done. Called Sandy last minute being in the area and asked if she could cut my hair and daughters. She said she would give me a call back in 5 mins. She called back and took us in a little after 6:45pm. We didn't know she closed at 7pm until after we got our cuts. We thanked her and tipped her for taking us in last minute. Loved the feeling of her small private salon.
